Overall a good experience. I hadn't been here in several years. It was once my absolute favorite restaurant. Times have changed. We were celebrating a birthday in our group and there 10 of us in our party; they sat us in one of their separate rooms, which was fine with all of us. They brought us their a la carte menu, the magical dining menu for $33 per person, and two other more expensive menus to choose from.

Since it was a big group, you would think our waiter (Dale) would ask if and how we wanted our checks. Nope, not one question! Our waiter was working sort of by himself, so service was slow. Drinks were not refilled, we had to constantly ask for drinks and different things.

My husband and I both ordered from the Magical Dining Menu, he ordered the salmon and I ordered the 6 oz filet mignon. The food was great! The steak was perfectly cooked and the side dishes were great as well. From the conversation around the table, the family was happy with their meals.

At the end of our night, the waiter brought us our tab in one check and claimed it was easier for us to give him the cash and credit cards than to divide the check accordingly. Some members of our party over paid for their meals, and it was quite disappointing because our waiter didn't want to go back and give us separate checks. We paid $166 for our two meals and drinks; I believe we shouldn't paid over $120!!!

Would we go back? Not likely!

THE Steakhouse. Morton's isn't going to win any culinary awards for being unique. This is simple, well prepared food. Great place for business since everything on the menu is good.

Food: 8/10
Ambiance: 7/10 - dated decor
Service: 9/10

My husband took me here for Valentines Day - Unfortunately they didn't have any more room in the main dining area so they opened the adjacent meeting facility and seated us there. At first it felt like sitting in a storage room. Very empty and plain.
But what started as a little disappointment turned out to be a wonderful experience.
The food was incredible and the service outstanding - our waiter was extremely friendly and knowledgable about the menu as well as wine pairings.
The manager stopped at our table to make sure we had everything we needed!
Is it overpriced? Yes maybe..but the quality of food and level of service is definitely worth it!!

The Best Everything means you also have to pay for it. Tiger Woods has his own wine rack here. The level of service here is amazing thanks to our waiter Joel Maldonado. A waiter can definitely make or break a place. He took it to a level I have not experienced from anywhere else. He was like a walking Google of wine, steaks, and pallette. The detail he knew about his craft was astonishing. I think Donald Trump would even be impressed. I had the NY strip, the lady had the filet. Both cooked to perfection. We were waited on by 4 people and it was honestly Thee best fine dining experience of my life. Great wine selection and a waiter that will help you pair it perfectly and enthusiastically. When I want steak in Orlando I will only dine here and only be served by Joel. Better than Capital Grill, Ruth's Chris, & Charley's although those places are also great. BTW it helps to show up with a good attitude :-)

Like a good steakhouse ought to be. It's noisy, as most steakhouses are. The steaks are among the best in Orlando. Service is excellent.

Fantastic. By far the best steakhouse in Orlando. When it comes to food and gracious hospitality there is no other in this area. If its steak you want, its a great steak you get. Its well worth what you pay for.

Mortons in Dr Phillps. My home away from home. From the welcome smile of the hostess to the gracious greeting from Phil or Rupal behind the newly remodeled bar; the evening starts off right.

Morton's has been referred to as "the McDonald's of Steakhouses", and that's a compliment because it means that the quality of the food and the experience never waivers. Great steaks and seafood and LOTS of it.

I've eaten in 22 Morton's across the US and this is my favorite.

Absolutely stunning restaurant! - be sure to wear business casual clothes and closed-toe shoes (they have a dress code)- We tried both cocktails and entrees (we wanted to save a little so we skipped the apps although they were incredibly tempting). I tried their 8oz Fillet Mignon (stunning quality and taste) I did pair it with the truffle butter (normally I don't like truffle anything bc it's never balance right - but this was SSSOOOO GOOOD I took what was left home!) We also tried their Aged-Crusted Steak absolutely amazing. The flavor changes from one bite to the next but all delicious!! I couldn't believe what a difference that made. We tried the corn casserole and asparagus (couldn't begin to tell you how that casserole just melted my soul lol - so good!!!) We also tried two of their desserts- their chocolate lava cake (which they make to order). It was the best I've ever had - outer layer had that lovely texture where you tap and can hear a nice lol crust and inside deliciously soft and oozing with chocolate. The other was their Bread Pudding - absolutely delicious (not gonna lie it was a struggle to claim the last bite of either of these desserts bc they were so scrumptious lol) The cocktails we tried was an Old Fashioned, the Morton's Coffee drink (on the and a (forgive my spelling) Yusio drink so delicious! I also had a beautiful white Moscato Wine - hit the spot!

We had a great time at Morton's. The service was top-notch the food came out very quickly. I've been to two other Morton's steakhouses this one was the best one I've been to we really enjoyed our hostess and waitress even the manager came over to make sure everything was good đź‘Ť. Their house whiskey is bulleit whiskey which made really good old fashions. No complaints here the steak toppings are amazing..

Stopped in to take advantage of their Magical Dining Experience and it did not disappoint. The Service was amazing, the drinks were perfect and most importantly the food was phenomenal. We had the the Blackberry Mojito, Lobster Bisque, Oysters Casino, Prosciutto wrapped Mozzarella, Filet Mignon, Garlic Green Beans, Cream Spinach and the Hot Chocolate Cake. All of it was cooked to perfection!

We went to Morton’s for Magical Dining. We arrived without a reservation on a Friday night so we weren’t expecting to get a good table. Luckily, we were able to get a seat outside and that actually worked out really well. The first thing our waiter did was cover the table with a table clothe, which was a nice touch. All together we got the wedge salad and lobster bisque for appetizers, 8oz and 12oz filet mignons (one with added truffle butter), a side of creamed spinach, a side of green beans, key lime pie and crème brûlée. The salad was average but the lobster bisque was by far some of the best I’ve had anywhere, except for Maine. It had really good favor and the pieces of lobster in it were nice. The steaks were perfectly cooked inside and quite good. I’m knocking off a few points on the steaks because they could have used a stronger sear and more seasoning. We both said that we would have loved some salt and pepper on the table because the steaks needed them. No complaints on the sides and they were both good. Crème brûlée was good but the key lime pie was excellent. I actually couldn’t believe has good it was. Service was really great and the waiter was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly and no complaints there. Overall, I liked it and would recommend. I’ll definitely go back to try some other things but like I said, steaks were under the 5 star mark for me but still great steaks. Total cost for Magical Dining with the options and upgrades and one cocktail was $205.

The food was absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed the warm bread, delicious wedge salad, tender pork chop and finally a hazelnut mouse for dessert. I went during Magical Dining (restaurant week) and was a great value. Service was great at first but tapered off towards the end. Restaurant is nice for it's day. Could use a refresh (just my opinion)

Food was delicous, service was okay, and the atmosphere was quite lively. One of us arrived slightly early, and couldnt be seated until the rest of us arrived. We had to ask for the magical dining menu 3 or 4 times. We got the menu the same time we got our drinks... the server was somewhat hostile and rushed. He was a good server but a bad host. A table next to us had an issue with him, spoke to a manager and switched servers. We did not, and it was good after we ordered. One of us had a slight issue with how his steak was cooked, and we specifically waited to ask the other tables' host. The steak was remade, and brought out quickly, as well as fresh fries to go with it. Which was excellent service. The chef brought it out and had my friend cut it to see that it was fantastic. I had ordered the bacon steak, 8 oz filet with the black truffle butter upgrade, garlic green beans and creme brulee. It was all fantastic. I tried the prosciutto mozarella, which was great as well. The french onion soup was reported by my friend with me to be great as well. The bacon steak was really savory, with the bacon fat and a sauce, it was my favorite starter. My steak was rare and charred, and it was fantastic as well. The black truffle butter went a long way, I had enough for the steak, my green beans, some fries, and to share a bit. The green beans were great, garlicy, and buttery. I ate them after my steak, and all the juices/butter made them fantastic. The fries I had was then mixed with it all, and was amazing because of it. The creme brulee was perfectly crispy. My friends enjoyed the food as well. Besides the service, the main dining area was quite packed, and quite loud because of it. 9/10

Great experience at Morton's. I ordered the Cajun ribeye and it was worth every penny. I decided to try it after the recommendation from the bar tender based on my questions. I have no regrets. You can taste the prime rating in the beef. The service was superb as well. Even though they were busy I still felt taken care of. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a high end steakhouse; collars and dresses were the norm, with a few exceptions. Everyone enjoying themselves. Grateful to have visited as my final meal in Orlando.

I haven’t eaten in a Morton’s for many years. I have eaten at the original one in Chicago and others but it was my first time at this one. The hostess sat us and didn’t tell the main server. The assistant server Justin was very attentive and got us water and bread. Edgar was our main server and apologized for the wait even though it wasn’t that long. His service was impeccable and reminded me of the old style Morton’s before the chain was bought by the Landry group. I was sad to hear it was part of a larger retail conglomerate. However the food was still amazing. I was just kinda put off by the fact that people weren’t dressed up like back in the day. A lot of people wearing shorts, jeans, t-shirts, and sneakers. Maybe because it’s Orlando which is a tourist town but I think for this style of restaurant, a semi-formal dress code should be enforced. The only reason I am giving a full five star review is because of Edgar. Thank you!!

The food was great , I had the 3 course meal , and I like every part of it , I’m really picky when it comes to steak houses since I tried some of the best meats we can get but this restaurant didn’t fall short , I wound Rank them as a top tier but really close to it , the service were excellent I was there twice and both of the servers were really attentive and helpful, the atmosphere was good and the lighting as well (some places are really dark) I would recommend this place for the food and service and is not that expensive either

I had an outstanding time at this restaurant. The food was a solid 10/10 - simply outstanding. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere. Our server was incredibly attentive, and the overall service was top-notch. We were there to celebrate my dad's birthday, and the special attention we received for his celebration was exceptional, including a lovely family photo as a gift! This place truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it.

The service was exceptional. Truly enjoyable service staff, from the managers on down. We had a great time and enjoyed laughing alongside them. The food was great. Truly a good steak and was cooked to perfection. The banquet facility was pretty nice. The ceiling was lower than I was hoping and it would have been great to have a minimal amplified sound option for a microphone to speak over our guests while they ate. Overall, very nice facility and easy to work with. Grateful for Morgan and all the work she put in with us.

We chose Morton’s for our annual girls night dinner. We had a decent size party (of 8 ) and wanted to take advantage of their Magical dining menu. The food was amazing and I was very pleased with the portions, options and flavors! The cocktails were excellent and they had a good variety of delicious options in their bar menu. From the appetizers to the dessert, everything was great and I was really pleased that we chose Morton’s. Although one of the steaks at our table was undercooked, the waiter Manny was kind and apologetic when brought to his attention. There were a few minor hiccups with the flow of the waiting logistics, but I believe they were understaffed. The manager was attentive and put in extra efforts to accommodate our party. Their diligence and commitment to good service was appreciated.

Fantastic place. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. The dress code is business casual. We went to celebrate an anniversary and I don't think we could have celebrated it in a better place. Everyone was helpful, nice, and you could tell that they all love their jobs. Thank you for a great experience and we will def be back!
