I usually order the Tropichops but today I wanted a full meal. Ribs (2 small) and 1/4 chicken with Cesar salad, roll, and mac n cheese. If you haven't tried the cilantro or guava bbq sauces your missing out. Great dinner.
Food and service quality are a tad average compared to other local Pollo Tropicals, however that should not stop you from visiting. The flavor of the food is unlike any other restaurant, and will make a perfect quick bite for any Caribbean craving.

The staff was amazing, very friendly. Tiffany took care of me. She was extremely patient and personable.
