I usually order the Tropichops but today I wanted a full meal. Ribs (2 small) and 1/4 chicken with Cesar salad, roll, and mac n cheese. If you haven't tried the cilantro or guava bbq sauces your missing out. Great dinner.
Food and service quality are a tad average compared to other local Pollo Tropicals, however that should not stop you from visiting. The flavor of the food is unlike any other restaurant, and will make a perfect quick bite for any Caribbean craving.

The staff was amazing, very friendly. Tiffany took care of me. She was extremely patient and personable.
Also, the food was amazing... that cilantro garlic sauce on a Tropichop is legit!

Absolutely delicious, great value for the quantity of food with healthy options. The staff is accommodating and manager is super friendly. I can't wait to see this place take off. A streamlined assembly line, clean facility, good room temperature, and THE BEST bio-degradable straws that don't get mushy.
