Came here for a Christmas work dinner.
Our CEO reserved a room inside the restaurant, which was very nice a little on the small side for the number of guests we had but the views were AMAZING.
Service was great, they had 3 staff members running the show which was great they were quick, very friendly and professional.
The salmon was delicious I loved how well it was made and the potatoes were the perfect combination. I will need to return on a regular day because it was very nice inside and I loved the decor indoor and outdoor seating.
This restaurant is off the beaten path and a total gem! I reserved seating for a small group. We arrived on time and was immediately seated. The entryway and front part of the restaurant was a cute vibe and tastefully decorated. I love when places incorporate IG memorable photo backgrounds. We were seated in the back overlooking the lake-just splendid! Our waitress, named Heaven, what a wonderful name. She had the same spunky upbeat vibe like our little group. Heaven, was a pure delight. The food was not a disappointment. My dishes were delicious. This restaurant will be added to my rotation.
Great food! Bar atmosphere. Quite loud. Difficult to have conversations. Spotty service. Reservations suggested to alleviate a long wait time. Great lake view. As a side note, they do not offer BBQ sauce. Great 🍔.
I love the atmosphere in the restaurant and the view of the lake is stunning. My family and I did the weekend brunch and there were so many good options. We got the meatball Wellington as an app and I would’ve ordered one just for myself because it was so good. I got the crispy chicken sandwich; the chicken was very flavorful and then sandwich was huge! We also got some of the desserts. The toasted coconut ice box cake was my favorite and it’s definitely going to be my go to dessert from now on. Overall a great experience and great menu choices.
After driving around and wanting to try something spontaneous and new to us, we saw from across the lake a place on the water and we became determined to find it and it's a restaurant!
It's definitely a 5 star restaurant with a great view. They have a new menu now from what I was told. We both ended up getting the chicken sandwiches and both were AMAZING and the mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy were delicious! I normally hate mushrooms but this was great!
Our waitress was super sweet and efficient! Loved the music and the vibe as well.
Definitely recommend for a special day out!

Excellent place in Lake Nona! Had the stuffed red snapper and it was delicious! Not far off the turnpike for those looking for a top meal while traveling through Orlando. Service was perfect, exceptional timing of everything!
This restaurant has been on my go to list for a while. I wish I would have went sooner!!! What a gem! The service was great. The Canvas Paloma was so delicious. The food, everything was cooked to perfection. The fish felt like it melted… tartar sauce was soooo yummy!!!! The chicken was perfectly cooked, not too much breading. We had the blueberry cobbler for dessert (I forgot to take a picture), a great way to end our meal. I can’t wait to go back!
The new menu is fantastic! I am so happy to see so many great items added on. The service was phenomenal and the food was even better. Loved the Steak for brunch. Can’t wait to be back!
Yucca Fries - Crispy, delicious
Pork and Beans - tender, slightly spiced, sweet
Fish and Chips - crispy, flaky, fish was fantastic. Fries were really good.
Shrimp pasta al pesto - pesto, pasta, and shrimp. It was ok. Sauce a bit watery.
PEI mussels - lovely spice. Tasted really good. Only ate half, had to send back. One of the mussels was filled with sludge/silt. It happens, hard to tell what's inside a shell especially when it seals shut when you harvest.
I've had plenty of bivalves and it's happened a handful of times to me. It was a downer though, since I really enjoyed the dish, but I'm not going to let it ruin a lovely evening with the family.
Service was really good. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing.

Beautiful place with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly. The food was good but we could not find in the menu something creating a unique identity to the restaurant. We would like to try the steak fritte but it was over during the dinner. We took the salmon and it was good, but as said with no authentic taste. I would recommend Canvas if you are looking for a place with good environment, not for special food.
Located within the Laurette park community, canvas is an on the lake restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. They offer a small menu as well as kraft beers and cocktails. Overall food was great but the views and ambiance made this place shine.
Had a Great Breakfast. Service is super fast, drinks are on point and the ambiance was a bit loud, but manageable. I always go back.
Vibes were great for a brunch. Got sat right next to the water, so we got to see the cows chewing on grass the whole time! Recommend getting a reservation as the restaurant always seemed busy, but the service was fast. We ordered the corn fritters, queso dip, breakfast skillet, and salmon florentine benedict.
Recommended to me for being remote work-friendly in the market area, but it’s not really that great for remote work. They turn on super loud music if it’s crowded and it’s a gathering place for elementary students doing homework with tutors or parents after school. Otherwise it has great coffee, breakfasts and pastries with a view.
With high ceilings, cool chandelier and sparkling window views of the lake this is your typical Lake Nona venue, upscale, forward.
Nice place. Usually, we have the breakfast burrito in the market (which is delicious), so we tried lunch in the restaurant. The service was very good. Staff is friendly. However, the food was tasty but very salty. This meal will definitively exceed our salt requirements for a week. During lunch, it can be a bit loud, but it's a nice place to have lunch with a view. Overall, it was a nice place to eat, but maybe the next meal will be a salad.

We love Canvas! The market is so convenient and the food is delicious. It’s our go-to coffee shop because I think they have some of the best coffee in the Nona. The restaurant is very nice with great views of the water- if you snag a waterfront table you’ll feel like you’re on a cruise! Food is great, especially their newest menu. Fish tacos, tuna poke, and pesto pasta with chicken are my three new faves. Mussels and queso are both a classic and always a treat. Service is always on point. Oh, and don’t forget the coconut cake for dessert.
