Very clean and eye catching decor. The art was amazing. Table service was pretty fast the the chips and dip. We shared the drink flight and they were good. Food came out very fast. It was amazing. The portions were hugh. This place is pricey. $150 for 4 adults without tip.

We had dinner on Friday night and the food and ambiance was amazing. They also have a very talented Mariachi Band taking requests on Friday and Sundays. Highly recommend Azteca and will definitely be returning soon.

Loved the atmosphere it is so unique and beautiful! So different than other restaurant I really recommend it it ! Drink were great, good selection of cocktail and margaritas. Food and salsa was a Sept above more of the Mexican restaurant I go. I just feel the price is a bit high for the drink and food. 15 to 20% cheaper would be perfect, but I did not regret my experience. Count $100 witj tips for two people, with one margarita each and a desert split.

I recently tried the carne asada at Azteca D' Oro Mexican Restaurant near UCF and it was amazing! The meat was cooked to perfection and was very tender and flavorful. It was served with rice, beans, and tortillas which were also delicious. The portion size was generous and I had enough leftovers for lunch the next day. The atmosphere was also very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming. They made sure that we had everything we needed and checked on us frequently to make sure that we were enjoying our meal. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great experience at Azteca D' Oro and I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great Mexican food in the area.

I did have to take a Star somewhere. Alas, it was from food. The food was great. Don't get me wrong. It just wasn't quite top tier in every way. The service was good. The server genuinely tried to make us feel welcome and was friendly. The atmosphere was what stood out for me. It was fun to sit and look at the decorations.

Okay, the food was pretty damn good, I got carnitas tacos, and they actually got nice crispy edges on the shreds of pork, while it still was tender. Why a 4 and not a 5? The Margarita flight was a bit polarizing, I enjoyed the Tahini and the Pineapple ones, but found the Watermelon and Blackberry(?) ones to be overly sweet. The music was loud, difficult to hold a conversation over, it was loud thumpy music, more like a club, than a restaurant with a nice little din. It was towards the end of the night, but it took me a while to flag down a server to request a bit of hot sauce, not egregious, but also when food was dropped off at our table, no one asked, "Is there anything else I can get for you?"

Great food, fun and classy atmosphere. Little pricy, Service was a little slower than I would have liked. Appeared that my server was having difficulty keeping up.

Azteca d'oro is an absolute gem on University Blvd! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere captured my heart. The service was impeccable, with friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The menu boasted an array of delicious Mexican dishes, each one bursting with authentic flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. The presentation was impeccable, and the portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend trying their signature tacos and refreshing margaritas. Azteca d'oro is truly a culinary delight that deserves every one of its 5 stars!

The food is fantastic here, and the atmosphere is wonderful as well. I waited too long to write this review, and forgot how to spell our server's name, but it's sort of like Julio. I hope you know who I mean, and I am so sorry for forgetting. But anyway, he was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs, especially the kids. Just an absolute delight! They make guacamole right at your table and add in what you want, even bacon! I was there with my daughter, and my three grandchildren who are one, three, and five years of age. They didn't whine or cry, except once. That was the three y/o, and it was only because the mariachi band had to stop playing at our table and move on to the next. But they came back and sang him a song from the movie Coco, which was very nice and then of course he cried when they left again. Normally it is a nightmare eating out with these children and I just don't want to do it, but I will never have a problem with taking them to dinner at Azteca. Overall this was one of the best nights I've had in a very long time, and I would recommend it to anyone! Delicious food with enough to take home, great music, and a fun environment with a very reasonable price tag! Enjoy!

Stopped in here for lunch with our friends. I hadn’t been in here since the remodel and it is gorgeous! The food is just as good as it was before but the ambiance and service are excellent as well. We ordered a few beers and margaritas and they were great. For food we did their lunch combos. I had the chimichanga with rice and beans and my wife ordered the tostada and tamale with refried beans and rice. I was so hungry and busy talking to our friends that I forgot to take pictures of our food but it looked as great as it tasted. Haha. If you love Mexican food and are in the area you need to check this place out! We will be back.

First time coming here which is literally down the block from work and every time I pass this I tell my husband we need to come and give it a try. The decor inside is beautiful! Reminds me a little of Rocco's in Tampa but I loved how much cozier it felt inside. The bar area was perfect we sat there and the chairs were super comfortable. The hostess in the front was super friendly professional and we asked to sit at the bar instead and of course he said yes he moved us from a booth to the bar. The bartender Maria (MAFER) was great! She provided us some helpful tips on what is popular at the restaurant. We ordered fajitas, and sweet plantains on the side. The sweet plantains were so good and tasty. We ordered the fajita sampler and it was delicious comes with steak, chicken breast and shrimps, only thing for me was the shrimp I felt it needed a little more flavor maybe like a garlic lemon pepper type taste. For my taste I wish it was that type of flavor. Everything else was perfect the rice, beans and tortillas were fresh. I tried the azteca beer which was delicious! And my husband ordered Azteca Margarita with the coronita inside. We will be going back to try new items on the menu.
