Food was great even though what I ordered initially wasn’t available. Service was fantastic.

Great place for breakfast and pancakes. Several years ago, I stopped going because the pancakes were cake batter, but mostly off the menu now. Thus trip was for a late lunch, and the sandwiches were great and reasonably priced, especially for a resort area. The wait service was excellent.
Angel was amazing!!! IHOP please appreciate your good workers! This man was attending to his customers taking orders and making sure the food was cooked to our liking! Thumbs up to Angel!
We went in at 10pm , the food was good , but I’m more than anything leaving this review because of how nice our waiter was . Angel from night shift was so friendly . Great service
We hadn't visited any IHOP for dinner time and were pleasantly surprised with the modernized look compared to what we remember. Staff were nice, but busy like so many places in this area. Food was "okay" - comfort food, but not much to rave about in look nor taste.

The server was great. The food was amazing. It was busy and Sandra told us to wait for 20 min however she called us earlier then 20min. Great experience overall.

Got stuck for late night meal with very limited options. Cook made my daughter a phenomenal chicken and waffle dish and my late night eggs, sausage and pancakes were on point. Despite being almost empty, with limited staff the service was great, food was really delicious and server was very friendly
