We had a birthday lunch with 8 of us. We were seated very quickly, the service was excellent with great attention to detail. The food was perfect portions for the price and very tasty in flavor. I would highly recommend eating here.
I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. I've come to Ari Sushi plenty of times and I've never had to wait more than fifteen minutes for my entire order to come out. My servers are always pleasant and well informed of their menu. I'm quite simple so anytime I go I usually go for the coconut shrimp as a starter, which is paired with a orange marmalade (if I'm not mistaken) and the Godzilla roll for my meal. The Godzilla roll is definitely a crowd pleaser- stuffed with snow crab, tempura shrimp/asparagus, etc.
Many restaurants have quality food but desserts that ruin the experience, however, not Ari. My favorite dessert is the classic- ice cream tempura! Whatever they bread the ice cream in is incredibly different than the corn flakes that some lower quality places use. It is a phenomenal treat to whatever bento or roll you decide on. I love this place and I only wish they closed later than nine so I can have an after work splurge when I get out & need a little tempura fix.
Have been to this location 3 times. Service, and quality of food have always been good despite some of the other reviews. But, I have only been 3 times a day these have been when it usually is not that busy during the mid-week. So keep that in mind.
Food is excellent. Taste is amazing and quantity of food is good. However, the price is slightly higher than average I would say for hibachi.
Decor is pleasant and is kept very clean.
Overall a great experience for me. If the prices lower slightly I could give this place a 5 star. Till then, it is a strong 4.
I went to Ari with my best friend for the first time (we love exploring restaurants) and both of us absolutely loved the food. The atmosphere and service were great too! Tofu appetizer was phenomenal and so was my vegetable sushi. I also loved my miso soup. Overall, I 100% recommend! We will be back!
Really, really enjoyed eating here. It was 8pm on a Friday night, and not busy. I sat down immediately and the food all came pretty quickly. I hadn’t eaten all day, so I was pretty hungry. Normally I would’ve gotten a sushi roll but I didn’t want to be hungry after so I got the chicken teriyaki which was delicious and quite filling. It came with a salad, and I added two salmon nigiri as well. The nigiri was especially good. This place did not disappoint, the staff was kind and I’d definitely eat here again.
Went there with a few coworkers. Service was great and the server was nice. The cook must of been new because he only had one trick. I ordered the seafood combo with Asian persuasion drink. Portion is way generous compared to bonefish around the the corner. It was delicious and would definitely go again. Keep in mind they have a sushi side and hibachi side. I ate on the hibachi side.
The food was delicious, but the prices are just a tad bit overboard. If you're looking for good hibachi-style food, then Kobe steakhouse will suffice, and you even get an entertaining show at a lower price. If you want good sushi and are looking for a mellow evening, then Bento cafe would be the better choice, since the price is also considerably less. All in all, delicious food, good service and atmosphere, just the price is a little high for my liking
Very good sushi here. The tuna tataki was phenomenal. The spicy salmon roll was delicious too. The presentation was very well also. If I'm in Orlando again, I will definitely go out of my way to visit this place again. The selection of sake was plenty to choose from. #sushigang #dankdojo the staff was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. Even the girl that kept staring at me. 🤣😂🤷
Amazing experience, clean place, good food. You can enjoy the hibachi or the sushi bar in only one place. They serve a good portion and also they give you a show when the cook for you.
I enjoyed my experience at Ari, I love Japanese food and I'm always going out searching for new places. The service was okay, not the best and they were a bit slow even though it was empty. However, they made up for it with their delicious food. Great lunch prices for everything including hibachi. Would definitely recommend.

Very good fried rice and steak. The crew was very professional and attentive.
Ate twice in two days because it was so good. Both to dinner staff and the lunch staff were friendly and helpful.
Great experience. Our waitress was great from beginning to end. Every food item that we had was very delicious. It's a bit pricey though. Another downside was that our chef wasn't very talkative. When I think of hibachi, I have some expectations to be entertained but he was not very engaging for most of the dinning experience. Regardless, he made the food taste GREAT so I can overlook that issue. I would highly recommend this location.
Best dining experience ever. Seriously!!! Have been in Ari before and the food is always good, however today the experience was beyond what I could have ever expected. Our Chef, Melvin was INCREDIBLE. From the moment he walked to the table he started interacting with my 4 year old daughter and kept her entertained throughout the whole dinner. She had the best time and so did we. We will be coming back and requesting Melvin as our chef...and Andrea our server was also great and super sweet!

The restaurant was clean. The chef was hilarious and quite skilled. The staff was friendly and very accomodating. Without being asked to, they brought out a wonderful, beautiful desert plate for my daughter and sang happy birthday to her. The staff over all had a wonderful attitude and sense of humor. Even late at night.
My only complaint would be the tiny portions given for the main entree in relation to the price. The dinner portions were very small. There were literally 6 small slivers of zucchini, about 8 ounces of steak, and 1 chicken breast split between our 2 Steak and Ckicken dinners. The only "extra" ordered was a California Roll, we both drank water, but our bill was around $70.
As I said, the food was very good. Every course had great flavor and was prepared quite well. The chef was awesome, staff was awesome, the restaurant was very cool.
We would try it again, but would hope the portions were much better.

Not understanding the negative reviews- with the current star rating, I was hesitant to try it, but I'm glad I did! Scallops were perfectly caramelized and not overcooked at all. Overall a great meal!
About complaints about the wait: if you haven't been to hibachi before, most restaurants won't run a flat top for 2 people. Usually they wait to fill out most of the table- there are a limited number of chefs, so it doesn't make sense to run it for so few people. It's the price you pay for dinner and a show. We went on a Wednesday night and had no wait at all.
