In a section of town famous for its Vietnamese restaurants, Viet Garden has steadfastly delivered well prepared and accessible meals for decades. Still one of my family's favorite places and with Thai and Chinese specialties as well as a strong Vietnamese menu it is an easy pick to bring out of town guests here.
I have been coming here for over 20 years and what amazes me is the consistency of the food. I always choose either the pad Thai or the Pho my two favorites here. Service always great and fast and food always amazing.
We really like this restaurant for vegetarian soups and summer rolls. The Thai dishes (Phat Thai variations) on the menu are good as well. Some of the Vietnamese booths are a bit bland and not really authentic.
Nice, small restaurant with good food, fast and friendly service and reasonable prices. We tried the Pad See Ew and Vermicelli with Pork - both were very good. Definitely will be exploring more menu items when we return.
Whole Red Talapia in Panang Curry was so delicious!! (Off menu sauce request and they bailed it!)
Regularly visit on fridays for Thai food Friday date night.
The summer rolls are awesome and so is the pad thai!
I always like the food, it's very good what I repeatedly order. Grilled beef over vermicelli, and appetizer. Today I pre-ordered a take out, and the food was good, but the order took very long to prepare. It was something with the kitchen, the front staff kept checking.
Perhaps it was because I ordered by phone. Usually I go in and order to go
The menu has been updated and condensed, so a few things I always ordered are no longer available. But the food was it's usual delicious
Amazing every time! We’ve been going once a month for the last 4+ years. They’ve become our go to place for both celebrations and when times were more difficult. They are consistent, friendly, and great hosts. The waiters know our order, number 24. I’m going to graduate this year and my path will take me elsewhere, but that’s all the more reason to go as often as possible :) I love the recent changes and wish them the best of luck!
Great food with quality ingredients. The restaurant is clean and was really not super busy for lunchtime. The waiter was a tad slow on coming around or bringing refills but I love the food so much it was ok. Whenever we are in Orlando this is the place wet go eat! I recommend it!
We love their pineapple fried rice and we have brought friends and family mainly to try that dish. We have been to Thailand ourselves and this place makes it the best so far, but sometimes it is a hit or miss thing( it is not consistent with the quality). We also enjoy their pad Thai and their Pho and their service is very good.
A rare gem! I remember coming here since a kid first place I fell in love with vietnamese food. Still my favorite around town. Best peanut sauce for the summer rolls. Definitely recommend!
This is a diamond in the ruff. Great service and even better food. Hot and fresh variety of items. We had the beef fried rice, pot stickers appetizers, and the pad woon sen with a side of fried rice. Each meal is enough for one person. Will fill you up, but you will not have any left overs.
Best Vietnamese food hands down. I've been coming to this restaurant since I was in my teens, I'm 28yrs. old and still loving the food. I always order the beef pho and it never disappoints. I've had the pho from other places and they always get it wrong. I don't know what it is that other places do but my mouth always ends up tasting nothing but salt. The broth should be a light color not a dark color. Remember that and you won't experience that horrible taste that you can't get rid of. The spring rolls are also a must-have.
Went there for lunch. Good service, good food. Tried the thai stuff this time and the food was good. The curries could have used a little more heat and were a bit on the sweeter side but I still liked it. Not a great ambiance but a decent place for family and friends dining.
