I love coming here. Fast and quick service. I always ask for mountain men crunch my favorite.
Love the place but need to switch hours on the App, came today 7:30 for açaí bowl and now don’t open til 8am 🤦♂️
It was pretty darn good. The only problem is I don’t like a lot of the fruits… and they can’t do any smoothies without any fruit… so they couldn’t sub peanut butter for banana, that’s a little frustrating… smoothie king does that no problem. But I did find one that had no fruit thank God.

Staff was nice and got me in and out quickly. I enjoy the chocolate Elvis, pretty darn yummy and filling.
Quick smoothie spot, no complaints, you'll spend $$$ if you plan on adding things to your smoothie. You should try the "PB Blues" one of my favorites

I'd recommend this place if your possibly in a hurry, they have fast service and nice, patient employees. My youngest daughter got the lunar lemonade and said it tasted like heaven!

So it’s not where it says it is on the map, close, but around the corner in a tiny spot. Pretty random spot. Came here after the one at the outlets was closed permanently. Kinda confusing menu but all on all the muscle up was good.
Not crowded, great smoothies, and nice employees. But I recommend something, please install a hand dryer in the restroom. The paper towels just kills the environment since it ends up in landfill. Here is a hand dryer I recommend installing: ASi Turbo Pro in black, or another option: Columbia Vortex in white recessed.

Tried this place for the first time it was pretty good.
The staff at this location was very cheerful and helpful! I've never ordered anything in a Planet Smoothie before, and ask them what the healthiest options would be, and they gave me this all three options and I was not disappointed with my choice! Plus they were very funny which made the experience very enjoyable! Will definitely be back for my next order! Thanks guys!! :)
I called after closing to check if they where still open due to hurricane Matthew and for my surprise Dasha got my called and said if I get there in less than 20 min she will serve me. Got there in 12 min and she did. She was very pleasant and understanding. Thank you so much for your time and dedication and the smoothie was great!
Smoothies are always really good and the music is always enjoyable. The minute you walk thru the door you feel the chill vibe. Staff has its days, but once you get to know who everyone is, its an enjoyable environment. It is a very busy location so sometimes service is backed up, but I've experienced good teamwork to get thru the rush.
Happy to have a Planet Smoothie by me. The smoothies are usually on point and that is Chocolate Elvis.
Now as far as service, for the most part fast and efficient. I do think flip flops is a No NO there just because the floor gets wet so the employees should change that.
