I used to not be a fan of this particular location but I've changed my mind. Though always crowded the staff is super friendly and my order is always correct and yummy.
I have been coming to Starbucks for years. I had no idea what I wanted and we went through a slew of drink options, with some being too sweet, tart, much too salty, much too neutral.
Callie, Victoria, and Michelle took the time to be very friendly and look through the different drinks.
After some time and a bit of patience on their end, all of them, especially Callie, we found myself the perfect drink.
Thank you to all three. Much appreciated. 👍😊

I LOVE this Starbucks!! It's the best one in Florida. They make my drink everytime perfect and they are friendly. I go here quite often and got the perfect message today 😊. It made my day. I have one five minutes from me, but it's just not the same. I will take the 15mins from me to have a well make refresher that I need. Thank you guys!! 😊🥰
Stopped here with my toddlers. Forgot there was no drive thru! But the Barista was so nice. It caught me off guard because we are along John Young Parkway. She made up my drink really nice! It looked Pinterest worthy. Thank you! It’s the little things. Will be coming back.
The shop is smaller than we used too,but the service is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The service is fast as well. The shop is neat and clean and the bathroom is clean as well!
This specific Starbucks has got to be my favorite out of the countless I’ve visited in the last 5 years. The staff is unbelievably kind and happily accommodating to whatever requests a customer has. I’ve ordered the same drink at numerous different locations but this one specifically has constantly raised the bar and executed my request perfectly every single time. Special thanks to the Jackie that works there, she’s by far the kindest worker I’ve encountered and is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. If I were management, I would invest my raises into her! Amazing job Starbucks!!!
Beautiful location, so cozy. Everybody is friendly. My frap tasted amazing and they even asked if I wanted a pupcchino for my pup. I love this place. Also no paper straws here. 🌞✨💖
Good service but very small store. The sitting areas are indoors only and they’re arranged directly next to entryways. If you’re looking for a little seclusion and quiet workspace, this location is not your ideal choice, but it’s good for a quick coffee!
I refuse to go to any other starbucks. No other store is as fast or as efficient as this location. Every single person there is always smiling and they always go above and beyond with their customer service. I love yall!!
First time at this location and usually the ones near me have rude associates that just see you as another hurdle to get over so they can clock out...so imagine my surprise when I was greeted(what?!) and was treated like their best friend when I asked them to suggest something since I'm tired of the same order over and over. Special shout out to Tati for made me a "surprise" drink(after listening to what I like and don't)...she NAILED IT! I now have a new favorite drink and a deeper appreciation for Starbucks. Thank you Tati and staff for making me feel welcome =)

I like this place. I just wish it had more outlets. The layout is weird with tables right in front of bathrooms...nice baristas though!
I loved everything about Starbucks and its items kts just very stuff and kinda off hectic everytime I go in there.
In the midst of this fourth wave of covid, this particular Starbucks is doing a good job of allowing well distanced indoor seating. The barristas were very friendly and helpful.
I've been coming to this Starbucks ever since I moved to this area 11 years ago. This has been my workplace, my office, my go to place to read, study, or simply just enjoy a good coffee.
I've seen many staff members come and go, and this particular location has managed to always have great people, personable and with great attitudes. However, the current team of "very young" people are doing an amazing job! Wow
I come in almost every morning before I head to work and watching these group of amazing individuals work non-stop, like a well-oiled-machine, always with a smile and great attitude, consistently day and day out is to admire.
