Flew in from Denver today and hit the pool immediately upon check in. Cute little poolside bar with Pina Coladas and other such tasty drink. Also had an amazing lunch. A bit on the pricey side but, I'm in Orlando so it's too be expected.

Very clean and well maintained pool area. They even have free beach towels. Just swipe ur room key and a fairly decent towel is despensed. There is a reverse dispenser for returning the towel. I didn't eat but we had a margaritas. Sadly it was a pretty weak drink - and about 8 oz - that cost 14 bucks each. Bartender wasn't very friendly. Got the vibe she wanted to be anywhere but there. Attitude didn't change with a generous tip either. Good for her I guess...she can't be bought : )

It's a great place to lay beside the pool. Friendly and attentive staff, landscaping is very appropriate.

Had a great time poolside! DJ Jason kept the music going and the grill had great specials. Plan to go back again. Fransisco was awesome!

Coconuts Poolside Bar offers a great selection of food & drinks. I added Mahi Mahi to my salad and it was delicious! The Pina coladas were on point!

Note, we were just stopping by for lunch. Pool area was busy and inviting. Definitely packed with people who all seemed to be enjoying themselves. There was a pretty good line at the bar, same line for drinks and food. Placed our order and tried to find a place out of the sun. Were with two Brits who were starting to melt in the sun. Ordered a Protein bowl, a chicken sandwich and two Cokes....$52 with mandatory gratuity. They said 15 to 20bminutes to prepare. A little steep, I thought, but we were hungry. Food arrived on time, but you have to watch the pickup window as they don't announce the order is up or bring it to the table. The food was quite good and the portions were fairly good for my sandwich and pretty generous for my wife's protein bowl. Not too bad for a pool bar in a tourist hotel. Did have to hunt for a trash can to bus our table. I would go there again.

Note that a 16% tip is automatically added to your bill. And the bill still includes a line for you to add a tip. A bit presumptuous :)

Yes this is a slightly pricey spot (it's at a hotel pool, of course it is), but the menu was wide and had something for everyone. They offered both alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions of many of their drinks which was great, and the staff was friendly. If you need a drink or something to eat while at the pool, you won't be disappointed.

Today I returned to the Hyatt Regency Orlando, on this "dayuse" adventure I was place on Tower 1. Last visit was on Tower 2. I opted to try Coconuts on property. It was very chilly around 12n when i went, I ordered the Burger, soda, and a Bahama Mama. The burger was super hot, fresh! Fries were perfect too. On that chilly lunch hour, the eating place was all outside. Relaxing and enjoyable!
