1st time at this location. My order was just right, I can always get my soup hotter, but I guess that's how it is served. There were no issues this time.
Came later in the evening, manager looked like she was the only one that cared about providing good service. Some of the younger workers look like they need more training in customer service, but overall the food was good though. Considering the rush they had at the time, the food still came out fairly quick.
I had came during lunch cause I was hungry, but didn’t want a lot of food. I had gotten the Cuban sandwich and it did not disappoint. The sandwich came out warm just fine. The restaurant was packed, but there were still places to sit.
Overall was good, jus the food wasn’t hot, it was warm. I have always liked the food here, only this time it was not such a good experience.
Hugo was at front service. Very professional and helpful man. Very patient with us as we had a large group. Went out of his way to make sure all needs were met. Positive experience because of his service. Food was great.

Great value for your price! This is my first visit to the restaurant in Orlando and totally worth it. I ordered 1/2 chicken with brown rice & beans, choice of sauce are cilantro garlic, pineapple rum, pieces of jalapeños. Black beans are very tasty, chicken tastes okay but with dipping sauce it tastes better, they have lot of options for sauces and you can select up to 3. Pineapple rum is sweetly with real rum flavour, garlic cilantro is garlicky ranch flavour, jalapeños are spicy, I wanted to taste guava bbq sauce but they are out of it. The bread is okay. My portion size is large because it comes with a drumstick, whole wing, thigh and a breast piece. Places like Orlando a family will spend almost $10 for person but here you can get food for $5.50. Portions are good, nice place, prime location and quick service. The person at the register is not customer friendly, please greet and help the customers with questions about the menu. I rated 5 because of the price and I am an island food lover. If you are a island food lover then this place is a must try. I would recommend this restaurant!
I left Magic Kingdom with my son arpind 10:30pm. Didn't want to eat traditional fast food like the burger places. The drive thru was open until midnight. The meal hit the spot!!!
The food was very seasoned. I'm ranking this visit four stars because I received white meat instead of dark meat as ordered however the server switched to dark meat with no problems and when asked for sauce we were only given one and I had to demand more than one of the cilantro and mango sauces
Delicious seasoned chicken! I'm from Miami FL , and I've been to Pollo Tropical hundreds of times in my life and this location has been the best tasting chicken , my boyfriend was also very happy with the food
This restaurant is on my MUST HAVE list when I visited Florida ever since I was a little girl. Everything is freshly cooked! I live their guava bbq sauce.
