Miss Cynthia was the only member of staff who could approximate a "sugar free, coffee coolatta" ( now a non-menu item) for me, and was sure to teach her staff in the moment so others could do the same.

This is the ONLY Dunkin’ that always makes hash browns & sandwiches PERFECTLY! Everywhere else the hash browns are burned, mushy, stuck together, and hard, or my sandwich is burned or under toasted. I didn't know they could actually be fresh and crispy without being burned.
Hey man went to Dunkin told lil man Kendrick I would write him a good review. Great customer service and made my coffee good thank you keep it.
As I was heading to a different D.... There was one on colonial and Good Homes.. When I donated.... They gave me this special Donut, it was really good.
This Dunkin the customer service is amazing in the mornings is hard to get this type of service and specially in the morning but this girls are so happy and very professional it makes your morning better A 5 Stars service God bless them
Been here twice before. 1st Dunkin in the Orlando area (only been to 2 others) where the decaf coffee is actually served hot and not barely hot. Acknowledged me upon walking up for service. Very prompt and courteous service. Will need to come back here more when in the area.
The attendants Lori and Cintia are kind and friendly. The Dunkin for me is the best🥰

My family and I eat here quite often. Seafood meals are what we eat quite often.. Very good!
