Loved the quinoa bowl! I had it with grilled shrimp. Like having the healthy option. Been in again and had a chicken taco. The manager Carol is great, very friendly and asked how everything was both times I was there.
This restaurant is new and have a few kinks to work out. The salsa bar can be kept cleaner, along with the tables and dishes on the outside patio. The staff and food however are great. Will definitely be back.
What's not to love!! Food is great and staff is friendly, we have gone a handful of times and every single time we have notice Carol is always making sure the customers are having a great time and that their food is up to their expectations.

This review is for RUBIOS at Lake Nona, Fl. The staff is SUPER NICE! It is always the same each single time I go there. I do not recall the manager’s name, but she is super friendly, as well as her assistant manager Brandy. They are always ready to please the customers. About the place, is always very clean and organized. About the food, every single one I have tried, is really good., salads, fish tacos, shrimp burrito....delicious! Hope next time I go, the margarita machine is working!

The food was great. Staff was pleasant. The wait time for food was excessive. I'm being optimistic because they are still very new. At this point, if at all possible, I would suggest going at a non-peak time.
Was in the area and decided to come in and try the food. The fish taco lunch special was really nice and the cashier Claire was friendly and walked me through all the options. Will come back again!

A little pricey, but very much like Chipotle or Tijuana Flats with a bit of a Mediterranean spin on the flavor. I got the Oaxacan Shrimp bowl and gobbled it up within minutes. I recommend it for a bit of a deviation from the same old

it is a very nice place to have Lunch and the food is very good and staff were friendly. I have one suggest for them . Have a printed menu that is easier to read for people with vission problems that would help
Pretty good food, the flavors are delicious, the chipotle sauce is definitely awesome and the attention is very fast, it’s a good light option, if you like the fish and shrimps, this is the place at a low cost
