What a sub should be! Fresh bread and fresh ingredients! Haven't been to firehouse in years, that said I am happy to report the quality is still great as I remember. I got the Turkey Bacon Ranch Sub. It was a great price for the portion and made very quickly as well. I will be back. Do wish they had the hot sauce bar back as it was a nice touch.

Service was quick. Took less than 10 minutes to get my sub after I ordered and the staff was friendly. I ordered the medium engineer sub. It was pretty good. Smoked turkey breast, melted Swiss, and sautéed mushrooms, served Fully Involved which is complete with mayo, deli mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion, and a kosher dill pickle on the side. I wish they would put more veggies on the sub but overall I was satisfied. I would return in the future.

Location great for UCF area - easy in and out, Staff was friendly, restaurant area was clean, food fresh! A fan of Firehouse - and they did a good job 👏 keeping my loyalty. I’m sure it can get super busy here! Because of location to the UCF campus

Overall I really like this location. The staff is very friendly. The only thing I didn't really like was there wasn't much as much meat on my sub as I would of liked. A couple bites were just bread so I wasn't too happy. I'll probably order extra meat next time I go in. Otherwise, I am happy with the selection and the employees.

My first time at fire house subs! I had a free medium sub from T-Mobile. I really enjoyed my tuna sub. Nice to learn about the history of firehouse subs and that it was founded by firemen! 👨‍🚒

Walk-In ToGo Order Service: the young ladies taking orders and preparing the subs seem to all be very good at multitasking. They were attentive, helpful, and happy spirited. Their comments expressed a sense of sincere care for their customers. Environment: they have some great decor and artwork that compliments their mission. The drink station was well stocked and clean. The seating area was also very clean, but their trash area could use more sanitary measures. They have a big TV for waiting or entertainment. Food: we ordered the Hook & Ladder and the Firehouse Hero—both of the subs were delicious and refreshing. They do a great job at stuffing the subs without overflowing. COVID-19 Procedures: they had a sign on the front doors stating their occupancy limit, signs on the floor for 6-feet distancing, and all of the employees were wearing masks.

Been coming here for years for lunch. Great spot and quality subs. Store is always clean and friendly staff. The coke machine is the only incident thing and seems to have some sort of issue like no ice 😭.

Quick and easy! Never had any complaints about their food and services. Update!! They are still good. But you have to look out for two things.... 1. If you like their cookies please make sure they aren't burnt before you leave. 2. Make sure you get the RIGHT person to make your food. A new guy was very nice to me but was lazy with my subs.

Paid $26 for 2 medium subs.. Has gotten too expensive. It's not worth that.. I can get 2 large supreme pizzas from Papa John's for that and eat for 2 - 3 days..

I went here for the T-mobile Tuesday rewards of a free Hook and Ladder with a purchase. I got the Italian sub both fully involved! The subs where great and meaty. They didn't skimp on the free sub either. Fast service too. Great crew! Will return for sure. Datil do it. :)

They make great sandwiches compared to other national sandwich chains. The service at this location was slow (it took them 30 minutes to make my sandwich). They also forgot to add the complenentary pickle to my order.

Service was great. The staff members were patient with us yet quick to serve as soon as we had our order and any requests that followed. In the past, any sub that was not as expected was replaced. Bothering to rate because — not only has the service been consistently exceptional — upon receiving an order of one large sub from two customers, the staff asked if we would like the halves wrapped separately. When we got home with our sub, we realized that they took it another step further and cut each half in half. And it tasted great!
