Had an excellent breakfast twice now in two weeks..Service friendly. Iam kind of picky with my omelette...my vegge omelet was one of the best I ever had. Good job!
Had friends over to eat and We loved it. They had the fried chicken and I had eggs and bacon. Better than what I could have done.
This was a pleasant surprise after several other unsuccessful dining experiences at chain restaurants in the area (I was in town on business for the week). The restaurant is clean and organized - I felt like I was in grandma's country kitchen! Friendly, professional staff. The chicken was fried to perfection, and I could have eaten a whole pan of cornbread! Delicious home cooking!!
I'm hoping all is well with everyone there. We had no idea that our brief visit would be so monumental.
Food was fantastic. My 1/2 rack of ribs was two meals.
This was better than KFC any day.

An excellent choice for reasonably priced food especially for senior citizens choosing the senior dinner selections. Not the greatest ambiance but the food makes up for it.
We've been lovin' this old place for years. Just a great diner on busy Oro Dam Blvd with a huge plastic bull on the roof outside. If you're looking for fancy schmancy, it's not for you, but we locals love it!

The Cow-First time coming under this new ownership and it was excellent! Ordered the Reuben and garlic fries, they were super crispy and yummy. My husband ordered breakfast and the sausage was huge, packed with flavor, and butter soft. The service was excellent, food came out fast, she brought the bill with the food so we didn't have to wait after, extra napkins, salt/pepper/condiments everything came out very quick. We were impressed. Definitely be back!
The BEST fried chicken in the entire county. Their famous seasoned broaster chicken is cooked to order, so it is served right from the skillet/oven. You would have to wait about 15 to 20 minutes for your food, but it was so juicy that it was dripping uncontrollably down my mouth when I took my very first bite. It was crispy and packed with flavors on the outside, while staying tender and meaty on the inside. The cornbread was outstanding, one of the most scrumptious that I have ever tasted. It was moist and buttery, like eating a delicious piece of cake.
The service is the most excellent that you can receive, the very finest Southern (in this case Northern) hospitality. It's funny that they are known for their broaster chicken but they have a cow as their mascot standing on top of their roof.
All I can say is wow we were not expecting the food 2 be as good as it was we got a highly recommend this place
I was up visiting my kids and took my son to lunch I ordered the BLT my son ordered the Club sandwich these were by far the best sandwiches I have ever had and the potato salad is too die for you have to try it delicious 😋 and the best service you can ever get.
Great breakfast place. Went here with my sister and her husband,took them out for breakfast. If any of you remember and loved Cassidy's as much as I did growing up,you will love this place. Biscuits and gravy are done the same way,and everything is hot and fresh when brought out. The food tasted and looked great. Definitely would go here again for breakfast when its time for another hearty morning breakfast.
This place has really good food. The pancakes are fluffy, the gravy has real flavor and was spectacular! Portions were big, coffee was hot and never empty! Definitely one of the better breakfast joints!
