Kfc - Osceola - Photo album

Osceola KFC has AWFUL customer service. No one greeted us when we came in. Not so much as a "hello, how can I help u", nothing! I understand they may have been busy, but last I checked business are still supposed to acknowledge your presence and say something akin to( I'll be right with u). But no,

OK bought 2 soft Supreme tacos 🌮. They were OK, but not Supreme quality. The clerk was nice.

I ordered 2 hard shell tacos and was in line waiting for 10 minutes and employees not wearing masks.

KFC & Taco Bell are fine food chains, but there Employees are the worst, both have very rude & unprofessional attitudes & service! I only experience this with the women employees, & the place could stand to be kept more cleaner, & in the bathrooms too. I have had my last bad attitude employee there

Order is always wrong......biscuits are hard as a rock....slaw is dry and the associate's are not interested to perform their duties at Osceola, Ar KFC. That tells me that management is in question.... And the dining area needs attention too!

This store is extremely slow. Management is unknowledgeable. I personally think that if you have a food item that has been on the menu for years you should know what comes on it. If you don't know, before you tell the customer the wrong information, just look it up. Or a very simple method is just G

If I could give it a lower score I would. Waited at least 15-20 min. on food. Of course by the time I got to work food was wrong and bun was as hard as a brick. I was suppose to have a chicken pot pie. This was so not worth my money. Tried to call at least 10 times and no one would answer the p
