Review Kfc - Oskaloosa

Against my better judgement I went to KFC today, Not being there for many years thinking it had to have gotten better, I was wrong it got worse..from the start the older woman on drive threw made me feel as I was bothering them by being there. Then tried giving me the wrong drink. Then I got home and fixed a plate the chicken hasn't got the flavors of KFC and was awfully greasy, the biscuit looked good but I took a bite and couldn't swallow it tasted as it was bad or old mix, the baked beans same tasted bad old like a few days to old..God help them if I or anyone else that eats there get sick. I can't afford to loose 22$ but I should have stayed away from there , they all should be ashamed of themselves for running this one great restaurant into the ground for our whole town is going to not trust it after this now.

Food took a long time. My sandwich was raw. When I asked for another the employee tried to get the manager but she didn't even come to me she yelled from the back and asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes and was given a new one quickly it was still slightly under cooked.

They had somebody new in drive-thru, which may have colored this review. The food was pretty good, but they were having logistics issues. I'm sure it will be better after a while.

No common sense. Recommend a full meal because I ordered popcorn chicken and a biscuit. Then made me repeat it 3 times just to not put anything in the order that I asked for. Has a attitude the whole time of service and obviously didn't pay attention.

The food was delicious and the workers were great interacting with us. Will go back for sure.

Messed up my order once again... last time we eat there! Cant handle a rush and keeping orders straight get out the kitchen.. so to speak! For real!

KfC just isn't any good any more. They need to go back to the old recipes. We couldn't order chicken pieces without ordering a whole meal. Anyway it wasn't good and cost a small fortune.

Every single time you order anything over an 8 piece meal, they can’t do it. It’s impossible to get Crispy Chicken. At any time. We were in line at 1700 and guess what, no crispy chicken. Every single time. Figure it out already!
