Review Jimmy John's - Oskaloosa

I love our Jimmy John's. Our road has been closed for a few months now and we have had our delivery driver go above and beyond to get our order to us every time (we order at least once a week). And always very fast. My family very much appreciates your employees and their hard work! Thank you!

I really like Jimmy John's over Subway. Subway bread has a certain flavor and Jimmy John's has another kind of flavor. Jimmy John's make their sandwiches really fresh and really fast and when they say it's freaky fast they mean it. The Oskaloosa JJ has a drive up and inside tables. Very friendly staff and clean. The sandwich is a little more expensive than Subway but superior ingredients. My favorite!

I placed an order for delivery over an hour in advance. My time came and went. I called to see what was going on ans instead of great customer service, the phone got passed around until a manager picked up. She was rude and said my apt doesn't exist. Really?? I live here! No one has ever had an issue finding my apt and its not difficult. I was waiting outside for it and no one drove by. Then she said they would be on their way. 20 minutes later I call again and said to forget it I want a refund. The guy on the phone didn't know what to even say excep "shes probably delivering other orders"...I placed an order for it to be delivered 30 mins prior and you're gonna tell me she's delivering other orders first?! Terrible customer service. I've been a manager before and I know that your employees attitudes are a reflection of the managers training and attitude. They really need help over there.

Their food is a little expensive but very delicious and very filling.

The manager Kristen she is a wonderful person, I'm from California and I came to eat and since I'm sponsoring the soccer team at William Penn, my orders are always right. I love their customer service the best, great healthy food too. Thank you for all your kindness guys.

I have always been a proud customer but today made me really mad the girl who took my order didn't listen at all too my order it took almost 30 minutes for my order she doesn't know how to drive she had major Attitude and argued with me about my order very Unacceptable her name is Mckenzie

Always excellent sandwiches and I've tried several of them. Prices are a little higher for delivery than when you pick up or eat there but not outrageously so. Sometimes they are slow on delivery but it's usually worth the wait.

Good food great prices.
