Review Taco John's - Oskaloosa

I ordered 10 soft tacos an got 20 an a bill of over $50.00 that I really did notice till I got home. Plus we both got up the next morning with upset stomachs. Won't eat there again as this is the second time this has happened to us.

Aside from the good, fresh food they serve up quick, I really enjoy the staff at this Taco John’s. There is always a sense of camaraderie and they really seem to enjoy working there. They are friendly to the customers and their attention feels very sincere. A visit to the TJ’s in Isky is a feel good experience. P.s. thanks for bringing the churro back 😁👍🏻

Every. Dang. Time!! I keep giving them chances, hoping the quality and service will get better, but it only gets worse. Messed up my order today, churro was drenched in grease, ole's were over cooked, didn't put chicken on my snack quesadilla, and forgot my $1.09 tiny cup of sour cream. C'mon TJ's - get the employees to pay better attention.

We came by the drive-thru a Female took our order She was asked to repeat the sauces due to not being able to hear her She than replies with an attitude at this point we just went with ranch. We ordered sweet teas light ice the drinks was warm and the teas wasn't sweet.( we usually enjoy taco johns sweet teas but this night it's questionable if we even got sweetened teas at all). The chicken strips could have been cooked longer and they're more like chicken nuggets than a strip..

Went through drive through today. Lady was VERY rude. Asked her to repeat the total and she slowed it down like we were stupid. Copped an attitude because she had to make my husband's drink over again because it was wrong. He ordered a quesadilla and they didn't even cut it. Just flopped it in half to fit it in the box. No napkins in bag. She said we had everything and closed the window. Had to sit there and wait for her to come back to ask for the part of our order we were missing.

The service was excellent and the young lady was very sweet, I was disappointed with the food. I got 2 crispy tacos and a tacos burger. One tacos was very soggy and the bun on the tacos burger was very hard like hockey pucks, it was unateable. I really like Taco John's and my town doesn't have one, so I stopped in Oskaloosa to eat and usually it's very good, but today I must have stopped on an off day.

Very courteous and professional . Dispite not offering the upgrades of chicken or steak , diligent on attention to detail on making sure the order is correct when handing to the customer

Despite not very many employees. Service was pretty good. Friendly. Food and coffee fresh.
