If waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes is “fast food” I would rather go sit down inside a diner. Last time I will try and make a quick stop when driving through oskaloosa.
Update: 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten food.
We ordered at the new kiosk and sat as it said to wait for our food. The food was delivered quickly with no glasses for our drinks. Jasmine told us we had to go ask for cups because they do not bring them to the table even though there is no mention of that on the kiosk. She did not offer to get
The staff was nice & helpful! The tables weren't being wiped off between visits but the drink station was clean & stocked. The food came out reasonably quickly & was hot as needed(fries) & cold as needed(ice cream).
Will never go back. Waited almost 30 minutes for are food. Wife went up and asked about are food and they said it must have got wiped off the computer screen. I ordered a big breakfast and my hot cakes were cold cakes and the rest of it was cold. They forgot my drink. I won't go here next time I'
Honestly kind of a hit or a miss. There are days where they just screw your order up and then there are days they don't. And you never which days they are gonna be. Food quality is what you expect from McDonald's
The food was pretty good but I'm tired of not getting napkins!!! When you have a sandwich especially with sausage your hands get greasy. They should respect their customers enough to put a few napkins in the bag.
The curbside was extremely slow. 3x now waited over 20 minutes. it's faster to order on the app and wait in drive-through if you even choose that wait time.
Brand new building. I haven't ordered inside yet. We used the drive thru. The order was received quickly & the sandwiches and fries were fresh.
