Review Mcdonald's - Oskaloosa

If waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes is “fast food” I would rather go sit down inside a diner. Last time I will try and make a quick stop when driving through oskaloosa. Update: 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten food.

We ordered at the new kiosk and sat as it said to wait for our food. The food was delivered quickly with no glasses for our drinks. Jasmine told us we had to go ask for cups because they do not bring them to the table even though there is no mention of that on the kiosk. She did not offer to get them or anything. Also parking is terrible as you can’t pull out of your spot due to people jumping into the second drive thru lane just like the old store so there have been no improvements there.

The staff was nice & helpful! The tables weren't being wiped off between visits but the drink station was clean & stocked. The food came out reasonably quickly & was hot as needed(fries) & cold as needed(ice cream).

Will never go back. Waited almost 30 minutes for are food. Wife went up and asked about are food and they said it must have got wiped off the computer screen. I ordered a big breakfast and my hot cakes were cold cakes and the rest of it was cold. They forgot my drink. I won't go here next time I'll go to Wendy's.

Honestly kind of a hit or a miss. There are days where they just screw your order up and then there are days they don't. And you never which days they are gonna be. Food quality is what you expect from McDonald's

The food was pretty good but I'm tired of not getting napkins!!! When you have a sandwich especially with sausage your hands get greasy. They should respect their customers enough to put a few napkins in the bag.

The curbside was extremely slow. 3x now waited over 20 minutes. it's faster to order on the app and wait in drive-through if you even choose that wait time.

Brand new building. I haven't ordered inside yet. We used the drive thru. The order was received quickly & the sandwiches and fries were fresh.

I came today and received horrible service. First we waited in line for a good 10 minutes to even order, then we get up to receive our food and get pulled to the side. Normally wouldn't mind getting pulled IF it means my food is fresh, but come on instead of making people wait that long to order maybe cars should have been pulled way earlier. All I gotta say as I am still sitting here waiting for my food is it best be fresh!

Well I went there after the concert at George Daly concert , About six of us women stop by to have coffee and ice cream , I ordered mine first it was grill sandwich with sausage , I got it about 15 minutes later one lady or a coffee she got it about 10 minutes later I was ready to leave I did not have very good service at all and none of us smile or apologize just gave me a card for a free meal!! Wendy's looks better and better every day

I said thank you twice and your welcome once to the rude lady working in the 2nd drive thru window, all she said was there you go and handed me my coffee.

Sloooooooooooow! Latte was horrible! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The slowest drive through I have ever been to. 30 min and still in line.

I just got a large frappe and a forth of it is whipped cream!! I paid for a large and got a medium

This McDonald's is the worst fast food restaurant I've ever seen. Annie, the shift manager, is rude and has a bad attitude with customers. She and the other employees are much more interested in chatting with each other than they are in getting food out quickly and accurately.

They forget food all the time that we pay for. When we called a week ago or more about them not giving us a sandwich we paid for...they said they would send us a credit in the mail. Received a letter in the mail with an apology and to "accept this gift certificate enclosed". THERE WAS NO GIFT CERTIFICATE BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT IN THE ENVELOPE. Hahahaha what a joke for customer service. Get it together already!!
