Review Taco Bell - Oskaloosa

The service was not only terrible but we had to wait for our drinks then didn't get any straw's. The taco's had hardly any meat on them. The worst. Spent $30 bucks for bad service drinks that couldn't drink and food that was poorly prepared

I don’t generally complain about fast food ever. We did come through in at about 10 min until 12 I’m guessing 12 must be closing time. Ordered two Chalupa big box meals and 2 chipolte chicken loaded grill Wes. They must have had to scrape together some super dry chicken due to a lack of beef??? The enter in the Chalupa‘s. They had to be from 6 pm. There were no tomatoes available and there were no beans. and the burritos are also made with chicken. This was possibly the most pathetic attempt at not doing any extra work close to closing time that I’ve ever witnessed. The shells are pathetic and dry. All of the food was cold. You could tell these people simply do not care and whoever was working as of 20 minutes ago tonight, you should fire them all! Please understand I don’t expect perfection! This was complethe laziness and apathetic attitude I would never suggest firing in haste. These people need to go! Hope to see improvements. I will also be calling. I will be happy to adjust this review when I’m satisfied with the results. And in case you wonder if I’m just an angry ex employee.... no I’m not. I’ve never left anything even close to negative like this. It’s sad that people barely have any concern for their employers reputations anymore.

Food was okay, bathroom was an atrocity. Toilet was destroyed, paper everywhere, and the sink was covered in dirt. And an employee came out just a few minutes before me. It was actually terrifying. 4/26/22 at 8:00pm

I have the app . My order is always ready when I get there . Get exactly what I ordered . I pick it up at the drive thru

Great service pulled up they took our order and we had our food with in five mins of ordering. Tired to go to Wendy's before deciding to go to taco bell and we sat in Wendy's drive thru for 30 mins and we were still 4 car behind in the drive thru and when we first pulled in there were 5 cars. So it took Wendy's 30 mins to service one car. We decided to leave and see if taco bell would be quicker and they were extremely faster. Very very happy with our service keep up the good work. I visited this location the day before Thanksgiving and my bill was almost $35 just for lunch which ok fine its the cost of things these days....so this is not where the issue was....inside my gordita crunch wrap was what appears to be a large clump of burnt meat from the bottom of the pan! On top of that the lettuce that was on it was brown! The price we pay for fast food and as high as wages are now there is no reason why they should be serving food like that! I'm very unhappy about this!

My grandson is a door dash delivery guy. Thursday evening shortly after 6.30 he picked up and order , he asked is that all as he always does. We delivered to customer and they wanted their drink which we didn't have. We went back to Taco Bell . He walked up to door to go in and correct the order and as he walked up to the door 2 kids came out and he tried to go in and an employee locked the door. Everyone standing around laughing. It was 7.05. Drive through was crazy with teenage kids traffic could not get through. The store hours are 10 am to 8 pm. Very unprofessional attitude

Absolutely love taco bell great food great service very convenient very fast it's awesome Will definitely return again soon
