Visited recently for daughter's birthday. Atmosphere was awesome a quiet place with a scenic view especially at sundown by the Hudson. Good wine selection and a good variety of food types made the experience among family with different tastes able to enjoy the diverse menu. Definitely going back.

The restaurant has a nice view of the Sunset πŸŒ… over the Hudson River. However, it has poor acoustics & it is very loud inside. I was sitting by the large windows overlooking the river & I could hear conversations from the bar located in the opposite side of the restaurant. I highly recommend management adds acoustic tile to manage the sound and sensory overload created in the space from the noise. There was a large family with young children seated in front of me, the children were crying & the echo bouncing off the walls combined with the electronic music made the atmosphere unpleasant. The food was good but not great considering the quality versus cost ratio. I paid $30 for an octopus πŸ™ appetizer. I enjoyed the contrasting texture, as it was cooked soft on the inside then finished with a torch which gave it the crispy / crunchy texture on the outside of the tentacles. It was served over a variety of potatoes & grilled lemon which was a nice touch. I dined outside with my family in the summer & we had a nice time watching the sunset. The pizza was nothing special & the other entrees we had were not memorable, but the view was wonderful. The staff is friendly & kind. I do recommend improved training for servers. For example, tonight I came straight from work & was dining alone. I placed my order & went to the restroom. When I returned, I found my food already on the table even though there was no one sitting there. It would have been logical for the sever to wait a couple of minutes & bring the food out after I was seated at the table. Specially since the restaurant was almost empty & there where only 2 additional parties seated including myself. Overall, it is a nice place for groups. Hopefully they will fix the acoustic issue to make the sound level more tolerable. If you are hypersensitive to sound & do not tolerate sensory stimulation well, then I recommend you go elsewhere. I say this specifically for families with neurodivergent children with autism spectrum disorder or sensory processing disorder. Environmentally it may be too much for your kids to tolerate which may affect your ability to have an enjoyable dinner. For now, I probably will not return for indoor dining. (Hopefully management will install the acoustic sound absorbing tiles). I recommend outdoor seating to watch the sunset with a nice group of loved ones πŸŒ…

Chef Matias runs one of the finest restaurants not only in Ossining but Westchester. 3 Westerly is a beautiful building sitting right on the Hudson River. The interior rivals Manhattan restaurants and it’s honestly very difficult to find new modern restaurants in the area. The food consisted of the tasting menu, beet salad, roasted Brussel sprouts and fried cauliflower. The main course was short rib and salmon followed by dessert, chocolate cake and carrot cake. A visit to Chef Tony on the wood burning stove to get a togo pizza for the kids and babysitter. The price is competitive to the local area and NY.

Lovely spot to enjoy deliciously prepared as well as presented foods while gazing upon the Hudson River. It is the perfect meet-up spot when catching the ferry to Haverstraw too. The menu here is innovatively creative and has much to offer. We enjoyed a fresh beet salad topped with crisp arugula greens. Additionally, the Mussels were plentiful as well as savory. Highly recommend this waterside eatery.

Truly fits the Hudson perfectly! Finally had the opportunity to sit outside on the back patio and had a wonderful sunset dinner. For an appetizer we had the oysters which were fair in size and very tasty. The crispy rice tuna tartare was a bit on the hard side but still very flavorful and of course the truffle fries were right on point. Also enjoyed the waygu tartare roll. Highly recommend coming here in the colder months as well, the indoor seating is comfy and perfect for a late night dinner and drink!

Just a great time. The wait staff is super friendly and attentive! No complaints about the restaurant. It's a little tricky to get to as you have to go over the train tracks on a bridge and then circle around.

Everything was wonderful. The food was incredible! And the personal was so attentive. They have great chefs as well. We order a French toast which was so delicious. Also, octopus, pepperoni pizza, watermelon salad (the best I ever had) and lava cake. Everything was fantastic. I highly recommend!!

I came on a Saturday at 415pm for an early birthday dinner. This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The decor, the outdoor seating and the view is AMAZING. Upon entry, we were greeted right away and with a big smile and pleasantries. We were give the option to choose where we want to sit anywhere in the restaurant. I appreciated that. Because we had been sitting for a few minutes at the table one server came over to greet us and ask if we wanted drinks until out server arrived because she was just starting her shift. Now THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our server was great. Attentive and provided excellent food suggestions. The drinks are really good. Shoutout to the bartender. I enjoyed my pizza. The beef short rib was tender and flavorful. The calamari is yummy. Do I recommend? I say hurry up, run to check out this restaurant.

Had an early dinner here for a friend's birthday. The food was delicious. The service was timely. The waitstaff was patient with our food questions & were friendly too. We sat near a window that had a nice sunset view of the Hudson River. After dinner, we strolled along the river walkway, which offered beautiful evening breezes. A nice place for a group to enjoy dinner.

Great service, atmosphere, view, food and drinks! The outdoor seating area is safe and well thought out. Good distance between tables, clear wind blockers so you can see the view without being cold, and heaters. Will definitely return!

Came here to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time here. The staff was knowledgeable about classic cocktails and very informative when it came to the menu. They have both indoor and outdoor options that are covid safe but also look stunning. Can't wait to come back!

Great setting but equally amazing meal on Memorial Day weekend! Staff is friendly and efficient. I had the Bronzino which was so fresh and rice w vegetables was a great compliment! My wife had the homemade pappardelle w/ lobster & tomatoes! They had a hazy Fiddlehead IPA which made the night for me ! Wow
