A HUGE shout out to the Oviedo Florida Pizza Hut #026511 for assisting me 900+ miles away!! Today is my in laws Anniversary and Vic and I tried to figure out what to send them...flowers? fruit? Giftcard? We wanted to do something different and fun! The Pizza Hut team was amazing over the phone even all the way to the delivery where they had fun with my mother in law and said "Take the pizza and run! I can't tell you who it's from but Happy Anniversary! " I LOVE IT!!! Great service and food here. Contacted the store for a special request after ordering online and Kelly got everything sorted out, and shared that she was timing the pizza perfectly so it comes out the oven right when the driver returns. You could tell she has a strong work ethic, great customer service, and drive for quality through the interaction.
My favorite pizza but delivery has gotten so slow
I have not had a problem with pizza hut. However, whenever I attempt to order a $10 tastemaker, the crust flavoring (Hut Favorite) is not there. I like the Hut Rewards program because it does not take me too long to receive some delicious breadsticks for free, which is nice
We have ordered from the Pizza Hut on 419 in Oviedo, FL. Food and service is always good, but today was exceptional. Our pizza and wings were the best we’ve ever had. Delivery was right on the spot. We loved our experience tonight.
I ordered ahead and came to pick up. Pizza was ready on time and service was friendly. Plus, the pizza was pretty good! I was disappointed to find out that pizza hut charges $0.99 for crushed pepper packets now.
The facility isn't much but then again this is not a full-blown restaurant it is simply a place to order a pizza for delivery or to go pick it up. The place does look clean and organized and I have never had a problem with the food. I love their pasta. The service is usually fast however I have been there when they had some type of Team order and the way was considerable but this is only happened once. All in all, the food is hot fresh and very good the price is competitive and there's a surprising variety 4 a pizza place.
Love the oregano on the Big New Yorker. The slices remind me of food truck pizza I got at college in early 70s in Philly. Great!
Food was exactly how I ordered it. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I arrived earlier than expected and everyone in the store made sure I was OK and taken care of. Very nice experience all in all and the food tasted great! I'll be back!
We bought a meat lovers pizza and it was loaded with meat and the crust was especially crispy and good. I usually leave the crust but not this time! I ate every bite, as my husband did also!
