The gal that was working today had amazing custimer service. It was really busy (someone ahead of me I saw walked out with like 7 pizzas) and she was really apologetic that id have to wait (it was less than 10 minutes) and brought the pizza out to my car. Super impressed :) thanks!
I have always had a good experience at Little Caesars in Owatonna MN.
I was going to go there today. It said on the web site that they were open. When I got there they were still closed because of COVID. Would someone please change it on the web site that you guys are still closed?
Vast improvement from previous visits. I called in my order prior to picking it up, everything was ready when I arrived and my order was correct. Previous visits were not so great, excessive wait times, and even had them forget completely about my order as I waited in my car in the drive-thru lane.
