Unacceptable and wrong. Brown lettuce on a McChicken. They were really slow today and backed up so I waited and did a mobile order. I went inside after parking and waiting for curbside after 15 minutes then saw they were backed up so I went back out and waited. Then went to go eat and opened this up
We are from Toronto. We stopped here on our way to NYC. Found this location clean and customer service was good.
Workers seemed to really enjoy their job and manager was polite and welcoming to customers
They're quick but lack the customer service skills. There was miscommunication at the speaker and when i mentioned something was missing they pulled out my order ticket told me I wasn't charged for it,which was not my argument. I asked for them to add it and I'd pay. They said no. They didn't have
The food is, ehhh, the workers, there are a few here who would rather be somewhere else, and it shows on their customer service. There have also been great times coming in where the day was amazing!
