Unacceptable and wrong. Brown lettuce on a McChicken. They were really slow today and backed up so I waited and did a mobile order. I went inside after parking and waiting for curbside after 15 minutes then saw they were backed up so I went back out and waited. Then went to go eat and opened this up as a nice thank you for waiting patiently.
10/18/22 edit: went back for lunch it was nice, fast in the drive thru and exactly as I ordered now. Keep up the great work! Thank you.
We are from Toronto. We stopped here on our way to NYC. Found this location clean and customer service was good.
Workers seemed to really enjoy their job and manager was polite and welcoming to customers
They're quick but lack the customer service skills. There was miscommunication at the speaker and when i mentioned something was missing they pulled out my order ticket told me I wasn't charged for it,which was not my argument. I asked for them to add it and I'd pay. They said no. They didn't have a register to do it and I would have to go around and order it. 7 cars waiting. The supervisor yelling what the other girl said even more rude and told me to get out of the way and order again.
The food is, ehhh, the workers, there are a few here who would rather be somewhere else, and it shows on their customer service. There have also been great times coming in where the day was amazing!
Nice McDonalds. Typical food and service. I like the new look.
