very bad service. I went on May 3rd at 7:00pm and the 3 girls working made everyone in my group feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Cold stone is not like any ice cream you ever had before. The flavor is unsurpassed. Sure they don't have more than 30 flavors...but you can add lots of topping and make your own creation. My favorite? But of course Rocky Road!!!! This time I'm having it with the new chocolate flavor Fudge Truffle
The reason for this review is because of bad service. No greetings or how can help you, not even we will be with you in a minute. My husband and I felt unwelcome. And of course no tips, I believe in good service, if you do your job and go the extra mile, tips came along.
Over-priced and uninspired. Good enough for a frozen treat on a hot day before watching a movie but no ones first choice for ice cream. They prosper by their location via a captive customer base drawn in by nearby establishments.
had a chocolate dipped cone...the chocolate had a taste like I was eating moldy cheese...the most horrible taste I've ever eaten. Be careful what you eat in this place!! Definitly not worth the $8 ice cream!@!! I also called in to report it...did not get the manager, and the young lady just couldn't
Great centralized location. Nearly impossible to pass up a cold stone without noticing. Great chocolate ice cream and you can choose one of the existing combinations for cheaper than the individual flavors
Best Ice Cream Ever and mix ins are always fresh. Pleasant employee. Loved it!
Great ice cream and choices but definitely pricey. Sign up for there emails for discounts and it's worth it.
