We just were walking by the restaurant after visiting one of the spas, and how fortunate that we did!!!! First we were offered samples of their 5 gumbos and with that my husband made the excellent choice for seafood gumbo. The garlic bread was melt in your mouth delicious! I had the catfish strips and they were as good as any I ever had. I highly recommend Lost Cajun in Pagosa Springs!!!!!
Loved this place! The 5 samples when we first came in got us hooked. I highly recommend the gumbo of any flavor!
I had the blackened catfish and red beans and rice and some seafood gumbo and it was great! Nice place, nice people.

This place had the most yummy cajun food. We shared the Voodoo pasta and the Cajon Stir Fry shrimp with fettuccine. Perfect! We ordered the chicken tenders and fries for the kids. But I had a little bite of the tenders and they were crunchy and tasty. French fries were perfect. And to top it off, we had the beignet.
The Seafood gumbo was some of the best I have eaten, the ettouffe was awesome and the beignets were wonderful.
Love their food! Absolutely delicious. Hubby and I share the seafood platter and a bowl of gumbo. Mmmmmm, delicious!
Absolutely Fantastic! The waitress brought us a sample of all the sauces. They were all excellent! We had the gumbo and etoufee.
Great food, great service! We loved getting to sample the gumbo, etouffee, bisque, and red beans and rice. The kids loved the food too! We loved it so much, we came back the next day!
We stopped in for the beignets. They are delicious! The service was wonderful as well, so we returned later for dinner. The Lobster Bisque & Hush Puppies hit the spot!
I loved this place! It was out first time there, so they gave us a sample platter of all the different gumbos. They were all fantastic, but I ended up getting the VooDoo Pasta and my husband got the fried shrimp platter. Both were delicious. The restaurant itself has a fun Cajun atmosphere. I would highly recommend going here.
Love this place! The red beans and rice were super-yummy. My hubby and I shared the seafood platter and had to get a to-go box because we could t eat it all. I am gluten free, and the menu was really gf friendly for me--in other words I could eat most anything I wanted off the menu (very unusual for Cajun cuisine). We will be back for certain!

Best Cajun food I've had since I visited Louisiana. As soon as we arrived they brought a sampler board to the table - lobster bisque, crawfish etoufee, red beans & rice, 2 kinds of gumbo. I wanted one of everything, but settled on a bowl of crawfish etoufee and Louisiana coffee. It was served with French bread and potato salad, which was very good. I wanted to lick the empty bowl it was so good - and I'm very picky about etoufee. My husband had the Southern fried catfish strips and red beans & rice. We shared beignet bites for dessert which were light as a feather. The server was friendly, informative and efficient. I can't wait to go back to try the other menu items.
The shrimp po boy was outstanding! The bread was soft, buttery and still had enough crunch. Crawfish ettoufee was flavorful as were the red beans and rice. All needed salt which is perhaps just a personal preference but my partner agreed everything was under salted. Took away a star for the fried oysters. They tasted old and were full of water. Almost like they weren't dried off prior to battering and frying.
Service was top notch especially since only one woman was tending to patrons. Decor inside was suitable and atmosphere was friendly.
Amazing as always! We try to stop here whenever we come through Pagosa Springs. I love their Cajun specialties, but their catfish is my guilty pleasure.
The food looked like fast food, but it tasted pretty good. The restaurant is normal, nothing fancy but good service and a great location. This place is a perfect for a quick meal.
Whoever said the hush puppies weren't good was completely off. They were absolutely amazing. The fried catfish was five stars, completely crispy and delicious! I wish they had one of these places in Denver absolutely amazing!
Was in Colorado briefly and very skeptical of a Cajun restaurant up there, but this place exceeded any expectations. The Catfish melted in your mouth with a perfectly crunchy fry holding it together. The server running front of house by herself had me shocked at just how much she was able to stay on top of at once. Definitely recommend
Our server was extremely nice, and worked the entire restaurant all by herself doing and excellent job! The food tasted wonderful and came to our table in without having to wait forever (a pet peeve of mine). I would highly recommend anyone wanting a taste of Louisiana to stop on by!
