Great banh mi and fresh spring rolls! I had the chargrilled pork banh mi and it was extremely flavorful, paired with crispy cukes, shredded carrots, a zesty mayo sauce, and fresh cilantro. Next time I'll order extra jalapenos. The store was clean and staff were friendly. We ate at a picnic table acr
There's no way I would have discovered this place if it wasn't for Bourdain. I was quickly greeted by owner Yen Tran, who quickly surmised that I wasn't a local... I told her I wanted the Combo Pho, just like Tony had... But I also wanted a Pork Banh Mi and a Vietnamese coffee because I haven't had
Great photos of Anthony Bourdain when he visited. The food is on point Vietnamese deliciousness... pun intended! A must try if you're in the area.
New management/ownership? So no more Vietnamese food, however, the weekend enchiladas did not disappoint. Great homemade food, excellent flavor, big portions. Would definitely recommend
My experience here was amazing. I ate some fresh breakfast and talk to a great cashier and two great cooks. Sean was very helpful and they actually had price tags on their items.
The best restaurant in town is hiding in a bait shop/convenience store. You can get a Bhan Mi for $3.50 and the Pho 🍜 is soul nurturing. You can buy a fishing license, bait, cold drinks and have a wonderful lunch all in one spot.
Always great food! We love taking our tacos or Vietnamese food across to the picnic tables at the park. Today we watched the porpoise swimming in the bay πŸ’™
Hands down one of the best places to eat that I've ever been. They serve Mexican food during the day, and their breakfast burritos are my absolute favorite. In the evenings, they serve Vietnamese food, and omg, it's so good. We love the pho, vermicelli, and basically everything else they have on the
Stopped by a local store to grab a few things we needed this morning. I asked the clerk where the best place for breakfast was. Without hesitation, she said The Point. After explaining where it was, I headed over. Walked in, ordered, had my tacos in a few minutes and was out the door. Staff was very
2017 Review: This place serves as a rest stop/convenience store, restaurant, and tackle shop. Most reviews are for the restaurant, and I will agree that the food here is great as almost all are made to order and never cooked before, however there are negatives as many employees never stay for long,
Every time we are in town or all the time during the summer we eat here everyday. It is so delicious with many options. Unfortunately I heard the kitchen is closed til February due to workers quitting. I’d like to say, I will ALWAYS support this little gem. It’s been a family favorite for years and
Delicious. Came here as we were driving through from Houston to another little spot on the gulf. The food is tasty and freshly made. A very calm, relaxing environment. Price is on point too. We had the chicken/pork vermicelli and spring rolls. Both were amazing! Beats fast food and makes you feel go
All we've ever ordered from here is breakfast tacos. They are deliscious. We haven't tried the pho yet. It is on our to-do list. I will have to agree, the service is a little slow. But the food is deliscious so I don't mind the wait.
