Chicken was hot and service was good but cook didn't wash his hands when he came from the back.

Awesome!!! Hot and juicy simply perfection!!! Yeah the building may be ran down and not look the best, you judge a place by the service, and quality of the food!!!! Keep up the good work.

Went in get chicken...our Electric was off. The store need to change grease I could tell in the store. Sure enough...who do we talk to about this?

Well it's a shame you can't leave zero stars, I will start with the food, the smokehouse chicken the positive was it was fresh out of the cooker and that's the only positive it gets. negatives it looks off like they had done something wrong we peeled some of the skin off and the meat looks so so at

that place is so disgusting inside that they need to shut it down and clean that nasty place up

I ordered a 8 piece and 2 sides at 11 and the only thing that was hot was the mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese was cold and slimy.. How is that possible and you just opened up for business I do not recommend this place

Do not go to Palestine location. 1st of all the drink machine covers most of the menu, so you can’t read it. Staff knew I couldn’t see menu, but was no help. Secondly, eat in dining closed to public, but tables are covered in crumbs, & a couple of dead flies are laying on tables. 3rd, food was awful
