I came to this place based on the other reviews on Urban Spoon. I ordered the small antipasto salad and due to the other reviews a sausage roll. The salad was wonderful! Romaine lettuce, olives, provolone, red onion, mushrooms, pepperoni, salami, and pickled jalapeños. I'm a medium salsa kind of girl and this had just the right amount of heat. The roll had great flavor and was great on the side of the salad. I love local finds like this!!
Small place, smells fantastic as soon as you walk through the door. Very friendly people and the Greek pizza was great. Thin, crispy crust, fresh toppings, great combo of Greek flavors. Would definitely eat there again and try other pizzas.
Try this place- you won't be disapointed. We went based on previous reviews. The pizza is good. But the real star was the sausage rolls. They come 6 to an order and are completely amazing.
Wonderful food! The bread was fresh and the sandwich delicious.
Great place. If you like pizza, stromboli, calzones....this is theplace to go. Would highly recommend this to anyone.
Holy crap this place is amazing. Stromboli was amazing. Awesome staff too
So, I’m from Buffalo NY. Pizza, wings, and service are things I ALWAYS look for when i live somewhere new. Today was my first time trying Diorios pizza. I always keep it simple on my first time and just do cheese and pepperoni pizza, with ranch. First of all when I called the gentleman who answered the phone was super nice and even listening to me babble a little bit about how I’m super picky about pizza and how my favorite place is that one in Fruita that I won’t name here but it’s delicious I mean come on. I told him that same thing and he kind of chuckled and I said I don’t judge one restaurant based on another but if this is New York style pizza I’ll be the judge of it LOL. I don’t have a degree in culinary arts or anything like that but I do have an honorary degree in eating pizza for the last 30+ years of my life. First off I’d like to mention the service which was impeccable they even gave me a discount for being local which was totally unexpected and absolutely one of the coolest things I’ve had happened to me in a while. Second of all they had some cool glass bottle Sodas I had never seen before. I am always down to try something new. The one he suggested was black cherry and I would highly recommend it to anyone else.
Now to the pizza. I’ll give it a solid eight out of 10. It’s purely based on personal preference when it comes to crust but everything else was phenomenal. They don’t use too much, sauce the sauce is not sweet at all Which is a huge pet peeve of mine. They were not anything but generous with the cheese which is always nice to see you because I know it’s expensive. The pepperoni had a good flavor and it was nice and greasy just like I like it. Sometimes pepperoni has kind of an odd flavor to it like they tried to hard when they were making out with this place whatever brand it is is delicious. Taking the two points off really has to do with the texture of the crust. For me it’s just too airy (that might be the wrong way to explain it) it wasn’t over cooked or super doughy at all, but it sort of reminds me of dominos crust. But a lot better.
The ranch was good as well, idk if they make it in house but it was a lot better than other places around town for sure.
Italian Sausage rolls were out of this world!
Diorio's never disappoints! The staff is great, very friendly, and the food always delicious!
The veggie pizza is the real deal
Great friendly and quick service. The food is delicious and the price is not pretentious.
Place has all the right funk.
Ruben w/ Giardinera 🤜🤛
As good as I remembered!!
Would recommend to anyone anytime!!
Amazing food and service! Don’t listen to the review by Michelle Hill, she is just trying to get free food.
