Top notch service, very tasty and generous food, affordable prices. Got the Belgian Benedict and it was out of this world. Never thought of a waffle instead of English muffin but it’s amazing. Cider mimosa was very good. Think of a mimosa with a little tart vinegar after taste. Two thumbs way up!! Thank you for the awesome service keep up the great work!

Had a lovely lunch here! The ciders were all fun and unique. The staff knowledge of both the ciders and menu was impressive. I very much enjoyed the French onion soup and the Brix Club Sandwich with a side Caesar salad. Will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere, staff, cider, food, and location! The food was delicious and served up quite promptly. Worth the visit if you’re in the area.

No contest, these are the best ciders you will taste in Palisade. (We tried Talbot's and they are more like tea. 😕) The standard cider is on par and already earns this newer Cidery a seat at the table. 🍑 Their Peach cider packs a punch and is a strong sweet and tart compliment to any of their dishes. 🫐 The Blueberry Lavender cider though... 🤯 this is brilliant and quite possibly my favorite cider I've ever tasted (and we've been all up and down the Front Range cideries). They somehow perfectly balanced the floral lavender notes with the subtlety sweet blueberry. No one else gets this as right as they have. The owner has the unmistakable pride and passion of a master craftsman. So keep an eye on this label. I haven't even touched on the food all of which was a delicately balanced pallet of flavors in each dish. That photo is a french toast Ruben with peach chutney. 🤤 These guys are artisans. If you haven't already, ditch your plans for the afternoon and head this way.

Wowza, the Sunday brunch is tasty! Go ahead, let yourself indulge in the options. The staff was super friendly however the indoor seating was almost as hot as it was outside but outside had fewer flies. Still worth the stop and the full belly! Cute area too. Also, would definitely recommend the black cherry cider. It's yummy.

My significant other and I had lunch today. It was delicious. Great atmosphere, outside dining on the patio. Great service! The apple cider cocktails are a must. Can't beat fresh apple cider! We are going back for the Brunch tomorrow

The best cider I’ve ever had! Not too dry, not too sweet. Fantastic flavors. Sunday brunch was delicious too.

If you like eating, you can sometimes just tell that the cook really cared to do make a humble sandwich really excellent. I had one of the best Ruben sandwiches here. Maybe it was that they cut it without smashing the sandy or maybe it was the perfect, buttery, toasted rye-plus the the waitstaff was solid, attentive and not scared to share a recommendation. Anyway go eat here.
