We had a fairly large group for dinner last night. The staff were very accommodating, our waitress was amazing, and so was the food! And, the iced tea was awesome, which is always a plus in our book. :)

I ordered pizza and hot wings. They were both delicious! I eat here frequently and have never had a bad experience with my food. A few times I waited longer than the pick up time said but I enjoy the food so I believe it is worth the wait.

Great place for birthday party. The kids loved seeing how pizza is made and then being able to make own. David and staff are so friendly and accommodating. Great food at very reasonable cost. Thanks for helping create memories!

Oh, my!!! I have a pizza blog and YouTube channel (Playing with Pizza), and I dropped in with a friend on a Friday night when they were busy and short-staffed. I wanted to shoot some video for my blog, but I was reluctant to ask permission because of it being busy and short-staffed. However, Rob, one of the owners who was making the pizzas, apologized to me saying it would be a little while before someone could take our order (to go). Because Rob was so nice and friendly, I asked if I could shoot video for my channel, he said go ahead. I interviewed Rob while he was busy making pizzas, and he answered all of my questions. The wait staff were so nice. I had to be in their way with my video work, but they were so kind and accommodating. We waited a little bit for the pizzas and sides of meatballs. We thanked everyone for their hospitality and left to go home to eat the pizza. I shot video for a review on my channel, and let me say: I was blown away by the taste and quality of the pizza. I have had pizza in New York City (at the country's first pizzeria), in Brooklyn, in Boston, and in New Haven, Conn., the epicenter of the coal-oven pizza world. And, let me tell you, this little shop in Palm Bay, Fla., is among the best pizza I have ever had. If you like a New York-, New Haven-style pizza, you have to go to Fired Up Coal-Oven Pizzeria, you will not be disappointed. To Rob and the staff, thank you for making this trip to see friends in Palm Bay so special. The pizza was incredible. The sauce had a nice tanginess to it. The cheese pizza was incredible. The pepperoni-bacon was packed full of flavor. You really need to think about franchising your restaurant because the pizzas are great. I wish you well!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! This is my boyfriend and I’s favorite restaurant. We went here on a whim because I had remembered coming in high school and liking it. We fell in love instantly. As others have mentioned the staff is outstanding and super friendly. The pizza is always delicious and hot and the other entrees do not EVER disappoint. My boyfriend loves the macaroni bites and always craves them because of how yummy they are. Within the past 6 months we’ve come regularly and it has been our favorite destination!

Best pizza in the area! Absolutely love the white pizza with mushrooms and bacon! Also the “meat please” pizza! Cooked perfectly with crispy doughy crust! Can’t go wrong ordering here.

Food is solid and no complaints. Calizone I got was loaded with meat. Wife had the white pizza and kid had the Philly cheesesteak. May have been understaffed, so not going to beat anyone up too bad, just not much attention on refills on beverages. Prices may be a tad high, but $20 Calizone is high, but it’s almost the size of two normal ones.

Had a wonderful experience dining in tonight. Trina, the server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered great selections. She even knew to mention that the Stromboli would take some extra time since I mentioned I was pretty hungry. The portion sizes for the price were VERY reasonable. I would say the Stromboli would easily feed 3. Everything came out exactly as I expected and had great flavor. I would definitely visit again.

Super friendly staff, even being busy. Hand toss thin veggie pie was delicious. Turkey club was good as well. Cold draft beers and wine.

This was really really good. So pleasantly surprised. We ordered the 3 topping coal fired pizza for dining in. Each topping was equally represented. The whole experience was excellent. Our waitress was Trina and she was just the best. She was working alone on a busy Friday afternoon but you wouldn't have ever known it. Service, food and atmosphere was 10 out of 10! Super delicious! UPDATE: we go every Friday when we can. This place is outstanding!

The food was exceptional. The only reason I gave it four stars was because the prices on their menu do not reflect the prices on their website. They have lots of televisions for game viewings. The pizza is hand tossed and cooked in a coal oven. Shout out to our waitress Heather!

This is the first place in Melbourne/Palm bay that I have a good Stromboli. I'm a native Philadelphian so i know a good Stromboli. I get the steak, peppers and onions Stromboli and I have tried the pepperoni one on accident because I don't eat pork but it was good also. I normally do take out and delivery and never had an issue . The only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star is because sometimes my Stromboli is perfect and next its kinda burnt. They need to work on consistency. I wouldn't personally dine in because the people they attract are not my type of people or crowd . When u walk in on the weekends their patrons look at you like you don't belong but over all good food .

Food is great however a few things to be aware of. Keep in mind this isn’t just me. A regular was sitting next to me and her Philly cheesesteak came out cold. Always make sure they include some plastic utensils if you’re ordering any take out you’d normally eat with a fork or spoon. Call ahead at least an hr ahead for any to go order. The food is good but the little things are annoying. Process improvement needed. Especially when they’re busy.
