Review China Garden - Palm City

Love china garden!!! As a local ive been eating/ ordering delivery from here for years. Always great food as well as excellent service and very polite employees!! Great job China Garden!!! Keep it up!

I went in this past week, thinking to get a good meal. We walked in, and they asked, “ how can we help you?”… I wanted a table for two; they said we are not sitting people inside. This place is only doing “to go” orders. This is not said on their door or website hours. I wasted my time driving and going in. This issue should be handled correctly for any future customers.

I bought almost $50 of food plus 20% tip FOR TAKE OUT!!! ( I love to support small businesses and the people who work, I understand from experience) I rush home after working all day and most of the afternoon only to open the bag and find I only have one of the items I paid for and a large amount of rice to weigh the bag down so it felt like it had everything in it. I trust small business. (at least I try to)I called back but they were already closed. i expect to be compensated for the negligence of my money and food. I’ll keep the comment/review section up to date on how this all goes down. (Good or bad) So you don’t make this same mistake using your hard earned money in a hard time at this place.

After four years of this being our "go to" place in Palm City I can't do it anymore. Ever since they became take out only it has gone down hill at a high rate of speed. I spent $40 on a meal that wasn't even edible the other night and their attitude was "sorry not sorry". They always had crisp delicious egg rolls that are now a doughy gooey mess. The chicken chow mein was a watery mess of cabbage and putrid chicken. It's unfortunate, they were so good before.

General TSO's Chicken and Orange Chicken is the same item the only difference is that they use pepper in one and not the other, I was told this by the cashier and she said many people have complained and the owner of 20 years won't change it. That's pretty sad when one with 20 years of experience cooking doesn't care or know how to cook orange chicken. This is not the first time I've been disappointed by them but this is the last time I place an order with them.

I didn’t even want to give one star. I called over the phone for delivery and whomever I spoke to was very rude. The man who delivered my food told me he left the restaurant before my payment even went through therefore he wasn’t going to give me my receipt. I told him my payment did go through I saw it on my bank account and he was very very rude and went against me telling me i don’t know what I’m talking about and asked me to leave a tip on the back of the paper with my order. I was hesitant and I told him everyone there was incredibly rude and I won’t be ordering from here again and I will make sure I wasn’t charged multiple times. Horrible service.

Ordered Krab Rangoon pan fried wonton and General Tso's Chicken asked for the dinner plate not the lunch I got raw vegetables burnt Rangoon and wonton no pork fried rice and no egg roll I called them and they said I was lying I have pictures of the food horrible customer service

Picked up dinner on 11.11.21 The food was great! Very fresh! Well cooked! I had Kung Pao Chicken, just the right spicy. My friend had Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables. Nice size shrimp. We will return!
