not only is the customer service terrible but they can never seem to get my order right. This was from this morning, it was burnt, and some of the cheese was cold, I had to throw it away....money wasted.

Laura in the drive through was so nasty. She was absolutely rude and disrespectful. She clearly does not Want to work there. My husband and I were laughing having a great morning ordering our coffee and she had a very nasty attitude you could just tell how miserable she was. All it takes is one nasty employee to ruin a restaurant for me.

Sorry, but it's never recovered from the pandemic. Very short staffed, On the go is on and off-line, even if its on-line I had to wait 25 minutes at the drive-thru because lobby was closed, and the order wasn't even ready when I got there. I don't think that It's the employees fault there hustling. Seems like the owner really doesn't care about hiring enough employees.

Very unfriendly customer service. The young man that waited on me seemed very irritated that I questioned whether they had certain unsweetened flavors for ice tea(which they didn’t). Don’t know who’s managing this store, they really need to do some shopping to watch how theses employees treat their customers. I will not spend any more money at this location!

Delicious food, nice service. You can get donuts, coffee juice, tea etc. Only complaint is that it's pretty loud in noon but not that bad in the morning.

Just went to this location before 11AM on a Thursday. Not only did they put me on hold at the drive through to obnoxiously take three hits of a cigarette (literally right in front of my face). However they also did not have chocolate glazed, frosted OR powdered donuts. If I return to this location, it will be at 7:30 AM rush or 7:30 PM close.

the drive thru cashier seemed like he could have used some help. service was slow here but that's cause he seemed to be running the whole store by himself.
