I've been to this location in Palm City on Martin Downs 4 times on my lunch break. Every time I have been there, I had to deal with the rudeness from one of the staff members. If I knew her name I would let everyone be aware of her. She is unprofessional from her attitude all the way down to her pin

Staff is always friendly. Subs are good. Cookies are good. Restaurant is generally clean. At lunch time there is usually a line but it goes pretty quick.

I loved it! Best restaurant by far. The steak on their Philly Cheese Steak is better than Ruth Chris Steakhouse steaks. Their meals are cheaper than a soup kitchen. Better service than a brothel.
