Super busy. This is only my 3rd time at a Dunkin' donuts location. Good food great coffee. Location was just full of cars and people. Hard to maneuver of the park a lot.
Have been making the coffees wrong twice already had to go back coffee was COLD and not fresh please guys GET IT RIGHT take an extra minute to review the order and make sure it’s right before you pass it out the window if it’s not right we are coming back! Too much money these days to keep going

Ordered 2 everything bagels toasted and got 2 slightly warm bagels. The gentleman working the counter was friendly, but doesn't offset the lazy workers in the back.
Coffee tasted like 10 year or stagnant swamp water wafted with a breeze of coffee aroma. Disgusting.

Absolutely 5 stars and above. Drive thru time is beautifully mastered, customer service is friendly and Alyssa at the drive thru is great. 10/10 earned.
Drive thru is always busy. Inside clean and well manage. Just the delay to place an order due to most of the staff attending to the drive thru.
