We met a couple from Toronto Canada at the westin Desrt willow Villas that had just eaten here. Highly recommended it. Pricey, but quality worth the money. We were not disappointed. Recommend making a reservation. This new restaurant that has great food, good menu with lots of options, and the service was terrific. Our server was Laurie who catered to our wants and needs for a great dining experience. She would constantly check on us and sit with whatever portion was due. The ambiance is nice and romantic. Not too noisy either. Plenty of on site parking. The restaurant is at the opposite end of Desert Springs Marketplace ( opposite end of Ralph's grocery store) near Waldo's/ Chase Bank. My wife ordered Scottish Salmon and I ordered Short ribs. Both large portions and delicious. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary Laurie gratis gave us a B-Day dessert. Highly recommend this new restaurant.

Service was attentive at our table of 6 in this very busy restaurant (though they did initially forget my salad). The wine menu was limited but adequate. I had the seafood pasta dish which had shrimp and scallops in a nice sauce. I started with the pear salad which was sizeable, fresh and delicious. For dessert, I had their creme brule which presented three separate dishes with different flavors though they tasted very similar.

Honestly this short Palm Springs getaway has been amazing. Cork Tree didn’t seem like much from the reviews but I was surprisingly impressed by the restaurant.
We requested outdoor seating which was nice and because the winds picked up they offered inside seating if we wanted it.
The heaters were abundant and kept us warm throughout dinner.
Atmosphere was great, decor was nice- nicer than expected from the exterior haha. The staff was amazing, from the hostess to our server (I think Moses) and the rest of the waitstaff.
We were a party of 3- got the steak, the sea bass and the duck breast. Everything was good well. The sea bass was the favorite. But the other two were not far behind. We also ordered a half salad the anjou pear- it was yummy!

Great service, nice atmosphere good food and wine. The escargot appetizer was out of this world. The most unique version I have ever had - shiitake mushrooms, burgundy wine sauce and escargot! Off the hook. Also loved the beet salad. We loved the goat cheese paired w dates and a micro greens. The salmon entree was a bit underwhelming. Very salty and the crab topping was a miss. Potatoes and spinach were a bit off. I will come again if I am in town and try a different entree! Overall, I would recommend this place!

Group dinner of around 15 of us. Took very good care of the group. I personally had the fillet mignon. Used my normal table knife to cut it. Was one of the best steaks I have eaten.

Hands down our favorite restaurant in the Coachella Valley. The food is amazing 100% of the time. But what differentiates this restaurant from others is the service and staff. We found Ray early on and now request him every time. He treats us like family. When we arrive our drinks are waiting at the table. He bends over backwards to make sure we leave happy. Tonight one of our guests wanted horseradish sauce for his fries and Ray made it himself by hand. From the front desk team to the bus staff, everyone give 110%. Don’t miss this gem.

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! I had the Wedge Salad appetizer and the Scallops entree. The salad was fresh and the blue cheese dressing was plentiful and very flavorful with nice big cheese crumbles. The scallops were perfectly prepared with just the right seasoning. I’m still full and already can’t wait to visit here again. Definitely on my must visit list for my next trip to Palm Desert.

Menu that lights up when you open it. Definitely helps with reading in the low dim lights. :p Waitress was very helpful with our menu options. Seafood Cioppino was delicious. We split that along with 2 veggies side and that was plenty of food. The truffle fries were super delicious. Warm apple tart with ice cream could have used a little more crisp for my liking but delicious nevertheless.

A great dinner with friends who will be leaving town soon. The Chef's 36-hour pork shank falls off the bone with one touch and melts like butta' in your mouth! The scallops are also terrific and the rhubarb, cucumber & tomato gazpacho are tops.
Maybe the best of all is Alex Santana the guitarist on the outdoor patio who serenaded us all evening. He is fantastic.

The "J. and J. Dine around club" has had one of the finest Happy Hour / dinners in town. We eat light and early but tend to have one of everything. All of the appetizers were great, but the " Chilean Sea Bass" dinner feeds the soul as well as your tummy. Every bite was perfection. Enjoyed seeing Jim Lopez the Mgr and Kelly's service was Excellent. Don't forget to finish with the "Crème Brulee 3 ways."

Loved the Cork Tree. Hubby and I are huge wine fans so we chose a restaurant with an extensive wine list for our last meal in Palm Springs. Our server Rico was extremely knowledgeable with the wine list and offered great suggestions. <br/>We started our meal with the appetizer sampler, foie gras creme brulee, crab cake, mushroom ravioli, all wonderful little bites. We also shared some BC oysters, fresh and delicious. For the mains we had the scallops (with a creamy wild rice risotto) and lamb rack. Dessert was the banana foster cheesecake and chocolate mousse. I savored - every bite it was all fantastic!<br/>Highly recommended, but make a reservation as even on a Monday the restaurant was very busy. They even have live music every night of the week.
