My boyfriend and I have never been here before but received a gift card here and decided to celebrate our first anniversary here. It was the most perfect night. Everyone was so kind and wished us a happy anniversary. They put confetti on our table which was so cute. Our waiter Cole was amazing! He was so personable. He went over the menu with us and helped us find a wine that was perfect for us! We ordered the rib eye, scalloped potatoes, and garlic roasted broccoli..... Everything had so much flavor and it was by far the best steak I have ever had. They gave us dessert on the house, which was the creme brulee.... Of course that was amazing as well! Then they took our picture and printed it out for us to remember the evening. We will definitely be returning for future anniversaries.
Had my 5th year anniversary there and it was our first time. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. My steak was so tender you could cut it with a fork. Wife had a copious amount of swordfish and shrimp. Our waiter was diligent in checking on us yet was not intrusive. They pampered us with small hearts on our table cloth and took a photo for us. Yeah a bit pricey but worth every penny. I'll give it a full five stars and I've never done that before.
My Birthday dinner was amazing, service and all.. t bone steak and sweet potato casserole was exquisite! My wife had the filet mignon topped with shrimp and said it was the best meal she ever had in her life! Compliments to the chef and the servers. Keep up the good work, don't change a thing.
Had one of the best meals ever. Steak was perfect as was every other aspect of our meal. It was Denny’s birthday and we had special menues and an awesome dessert. I’ve heard happy hour is even better.
We were greeted and seated immediately. The waitress took our drink and food order just as quickly. The drinks and food was awesome. During our time there the manager on duty came by to check on us.
The staff is very helpful and the food is amazing. The filet is the best I have had in a very long time.
This was the best experience ever! Caroline was amazing and so informative. She told us so much about the wine and the steaks. I come to Palm Desert 3or4 times a year from San Diego and I will be coming back. Every single employee here was helpful and friendly-best time ever.

It has been our anniversary go to spot for the last 4 years. First location was in Palm Springs but recently we have gone to the location in Marina Del Rey. The steaks are amazing service
Wow!! It just doesn't get any better than this. Steak seasoned to perfection. Stuffed chicken breast is to die for!! The mac & cheese and scallop potato sides are irrelevant but still delicious as well. If I were on death row this would be my last meal for sure. Of course it's expensive, but worth every last penny. And it isn't just the food, the service is above and beyond. If you ever have the chance to go to a Rith's Chris, don't you dare pass it up....assuming of course that they all have the same great food and service of course.
Worth Every Penny. Ruth's Chris is my all-time favorite steakhouse, any location. Not only are the steaks to die for, their side dishes are great, too. I always order the creamed spinach and potatoes au gratin. Even the bread is heavenly. Be sure to order the Jack Daniels bread pudding for dessert. There's a good selection of wine by the glass.

Exceptional Steak and Service
Unique Cooking Method. The steaks at Ruth's Chris are fantastic, seared at 1800 degrees with melted butter they are delivered to the table "sizzleing" and fantastic. Had the corn feed Filet and lobster tail for $39.95 - great value! We'll be back.
Ruth's Chris, Can't. Had to try this Ruth's as we do for every city we visit. I was not disappointed, friendly vacation atmosphere as we did not have to dress-up (no jacket required). Food and service was great, would visit again when we're in Palm Springs.
We had decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here, and from the staff to the food it was an evening of perfection. They offered a special anniversary menu for us. We even had a little visit from the manager or director just to ask how our experience was little touches like that make the experience all that much more meaningful. We were well taken care of. And we had the best table in the entire restaurant. Thank you Ruth's Chris for a great night.
Highly recommend the bread pudding enough for two.

They still remain a benchmark for industry excellence. The atmosphere overall is great with service to match. The staff were attentive, and the stuffed chicken was delicious and well plated. To see it coming out still sizzling is just one of the things that let's you know they are very much about presentation.
Everything is always so good! The dress requirements are a lot more flexible. Blake in the bar is amazing, and Colleen was our server! Awesome! We were so excited to eat I forgot to take pictures lol
We went to Happy Hour at Ruth Chris Steak House. The Bar area is very cozy with tables as well as bar seating. We enjoyed delicious Artichoke Dip with Parmesan cheese. The Steak Sandwich was tender and delicious. Service is excellent.
Had a delicious meal with impeccable service from Eric. It was my first time there, and it won't be the last. Wonderful special night with friends. Food scrumptious...Martini ice cold..dessert decadent. Thank you, Mel and Eric, for making my night so memorable.
We celebrated our anniversary here. This was the best dining experience ever. The food was this exceptional and the service was first class. My husband and I were very impressed our waitress. Melissa was attentive kind and she didn’t miss a beat. We had the best seat in the restaurant this world class dining experience was second to none. Me and my wife came here for a date night on 11/10/23 , from start to finish was beyond the best service we ever been .Soon as we enter building Heidi greet us with beyond amazing welcome . She even got us a booth and sprinkle confetti for our special night , her welcome was warming and made us felt like we knew her our whole life . Our waiter Pinto was amazing , he meet our every need during dinner and was friendly and also got us a cheese cake for our special night out . Food was hot and delicious. On our way out James ask would we like a picture to take home for memories. I was even more shock how James ended our way out from an amazing dinning experience. He was beyond kind and friendly and took our picture and gave us a frame for it as well. What amazing staff and experience me and my wife had . We drove hour way from home to come here . I would have to say this is the only Ruth Chris I would come to from the amazing service from start to finish. Thank you guys again and continue the great service you guys do .

The start of the New Year 2023.
With very very dear friends we celebrated my husbands birthday.
What a treat it turned out to be.
Directed to our table it was a nice surprise that they sprinkled the table cloth with Happy Birthday glitters. A great start of a delightful evening.
We brought two bottles of our own wines. To be more specific, very special wines.
The lady server didn't manage to open the bottles properly but the restaurant manager came to the rescue and did a great job on getting the corks out. And then decantered the wines.
The menu was pretty extensive with some fantastic options.
For us - visiting from The Netherlands - this was a first dining experience at one of the Ruth Chris dining venues.
The service was okay. Could have been a little more 'polished'.
The food ... The food was outstanding.
All four of us were delighted with our chosen meals and the way the different steak options were cooked to our preferences.
For the birthday boy (only 72) there was a complimentary dessert served with a burning candle and Happy Birthday written on his plate.

I hope this review will help those who don't often enjoy a truly fine dining experience. We're seniors who went to celebrate our birthdays. We're simple working class folks, and he wanted to treat me to something really special. It really was, from the moment we were greeted by Chris, who was the epitome of Palm Springs charm and elegance. We were a little nervous about being "out of place", but we were treated graciously and warmly by everyone in there. The atmosphere was elegant, but not "stuffy". We were dressed casual dressy. Some guests were more dressy, some much less, though most of those people went to the bar area which seemed to be popular with the 40+ crowd.
The food, OH the food! I rarely order steak, but did here. I got a "petite" cut, but it was the size of a baseball, enough for my man with a healthy appetite. It was a perfect medium rare, and so tender. We over ordered our side dishes, not knowing one side could feed 4. We ended our dinner by splitting a creme brulee, which the house graciously comped for our birthday.
I really want to thank everyone at this establishment for a wonderful experience. We'll be back.
For my 50th bday on June 18th 2023 I was taken to Ruth's Chris. It was my first time there. Yazmin, was our server. She was amazing and very attentive and patient as I took awhile to decide what I was having. I chose the filet mignon with Lobster, garlic mash and chopped salad. It was amazing. Also, I was surprised with a cheesecake to celebrate my special day. Thank you Ruth's Chris for a very happy birthday
