Delicious fresh Asian cuisine . Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The staff was attentive. Although we're dining early ( not acclimated to the time change yet) the restaurant filled up quickly after we arrived.

Excellent authentic Thai food. A little spicy for some, but we loved it. Highly recommended if you enjoy Asian food with a bit of kick rather than a local watered down taste

Love It!. The food is so good here, exciting bold flavors and great service. Love the money bags, soups, and curry dishes. Everything is good here, the fried bananas dipped in coconut is so tasty. If your looking for something special in the desert, Le Basil should be on the top of your list.

After a day at the tennis tournament, a group of friends used Urban Spoon to find a place for dinner. Le Basil was great! The noodle wrapped shrimp was fabulous!!! Also the pad thai and Asian eggplant were also excellent!

Since it opened, I have had the appetizer called "money bags" the Bo lulac and a variety of the soups. One of the criteria is consistency of quality. Le Basil is consistently high quality food and excellent service. This is one of my local favorites!

Service was phenomenal, food came out fast and tasted authentic, and would definitely come back. I'm not from around the desert and thought it would be hard to find good Thai food here, but this restaurant really surprised me. I would say it's even better than some of the top Thai restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange counties.

Wow just sat down for lunch. Oh my, what a delicious experience. Had the Kapow Kai with chicken and basil eggplant. Both dishes were top notch. Excellent service made the experience even better. I'll add photos on the next visit.

This place knows you want delicious fresh amazing food and that is precisely what is served. Absolutely top food prep and quality in the desert, if you're looking for the BEST thai food, here it is. Expect a perfect blend of flavors, perfectly prepared noodles and soups etc... this place goes above and beyond my expectations. All employees know all to know about spice too so if you're a spice fan, prepare to enjoy yourself. See my photo of the ultra spelicey fish sauce which had salty soaked peppers with ultra heat... along with a 4 pepper sauce platter to add to your food as desired. Outstandingly fresh brewed thai tea with or without creamer... I cant say enough good things about this place. Pad Thai: perfection. Plenty of protein, not unproportionate. See my photos for the curry and hot sour soup as well, all really high level flavorful deliciousness. ENJOY

We came for lunch, ordered an Asian eggplant with beef, and a yellow curry chicken, added side soup. All are delicious, highly recommended.

One of the best Vietnamese food I've ever eaten!! And doubles in bonus points with Thai cuisine 😍 salad rolls were a bit messy as ends weren't rolled in but had a healthy amount of mint - YUM! The seasoning on the tofu was exceptional (I could live off of it!)

We enjoyed lunch at this place. The food was great. You won’t be disappointed. Will definitely visit during our next visit to Rancho Mirage area. Added benefit is that there are some nice hiking places behind the mall area where Le Basil is located.

Looking for great Thai food? This restaurant is a must-visit! The Tom Ka Kai soup is a standout dish, with a perfect blend of tangy and savory flavors that will warm you up. The fried tofu Vietnamese rolls are a great appetizer, and don't miss the orange chicken or the Bo Lu Lac, a flavorful Vietnamese-style beef dish that's brought out on a hot skillet. The portions are generous, and the service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for any Thai or Vietnamese food lover!

This appears to be a family owned restaurant with very friendly staff. We went for dinner during a busy evening and were told that we can have a table in 15 mins. Even though two tables emptied, it took many more minutes and some prodding for someone to actually clean and seat us. We placed an order immediately before the person who seated us went away. It took 15+ minutes to get water. Food arrived much later. We had the vegetarian spring rolls, panang curry and green curry. The spring rolls were excellent. The panang curry was good but the green curry was a bit runny. Overall above average food but service can be more prompt.
