Hands down, Bill's Pizza is the best pie in the valley. The service was a bit slow on the night we went, the server said they were having an off night.
The pizza was out of this world delicious. The Charlie Sheen was very flavorful and the Alfredo was just right.
Bill's Pizza is an absolute GEM, and the pizza is simply remarkable. The ingredients are quality, they are generous with their portions, and this pizza is the only pizza I've ever eaten where I've been excited to the eat the crust. We tell all our friends and family about this spot, and are genuinely pumped to eat it.
I heard a rumor they actually order their flour, or dough from Italy perhaps they can confirm. The nostalgia also in the names of their different pies, is a real classic and so Palm Desert they're creative and very fun. The staff is friendly, prompt and so laser-focused at making sure your experience is memorable.
Huge piece of advice, if you're visiting Palm Desert make sure to call the Palm Desert location, I would recommend to staff upon completing a phone order, for you to confirm "thanks for your order just to confirm this is the Palm Desert location." That would really help, as Palm Springs is 20 minutes away.
We were welcomed in and taken care of quickly. Our server was attentive. The pizza was excellent. They don't have NA beer, but the raspberry tea was delicious. Definitely recommend!
One of the best pizza places ever! The service was amazing as well. Our family is visiting from out of town and we really enjoyed our dinner here.
I'll just say it. BEST PIZZA EVER. First time in Cali two weeks ago, I hadn't had pizza in years and was definitely craving some, read great reviews, headed to Bill's Pizza with my friends as a first time visit and bam... Heaven. Ended up eating at Bill's at both locations in Palm Desert and Palm Springs for the remainder of my stay in Cali lol. Great pizza, great service and great prices. A definite 5 star rating from this coastal Texan! I'll definitely be coming back.
Delicious pizza joint with SO many options of uniquely different pies. Of course you can still customize your own, but the house-curated ones are great. I recommend the Nicholas Cage!
The large pizzas are really big and fed my family of 6. Price was also fair and beer compliments the food and bill well :)
The pizza was delicious. We got the Aloha and a cranberry salad. You could taste the quality of the ingredients.
They were slammed shortly after we arrived. Danitza, our server, was so kind and sweet. She did a great job keeping up with crowd.

This has got to be the best pizza I have ever eaten. The dough is sour dough and the ingredients are all fresh. The atmosphere is perfect and the bathrooms also smell and look great.
Bill's has an amazing and unique variety of toppings. The pesto sauce was on point, and all the pizzas were delicious; better than we expected. The caramelized onions are huge and soooo goood!

Aside from the pizza being a bit pricey, you really get what you pay for. If you're looking for a fresh, delicious pizza, then pay up the few extra dollars for the experience. Their sourdough crust is so tasty (normally I don't eat pizza crust because it's bland and dry). And their large pizza will feed a lot of people.
Service has always been swift and courteous. I find it best to place my order online and drop on in to pick it up. The staff is always friendly and makes me feel welcomed.
They have a variety of unique, customized pizzas you can choose from. Or you can just build your own.

Bill-s Pizza š is one of the best pizza places in the Coachella Valley. There are 2ocations (Palm Springs and Palm Desert), and they're both great!
We ate at the Palm Desert location and it was delicious as usual. We always get the Nicholas Cage Pizza. Carmelized onions, spicy sausage (sweet sausage also available), jalapeƱos and pepperoni make for a real treat.
Bill's Pizza has been a favorite local spot for us for years. They have very tasty pizzas and even sell pizza by the slice. They have a fantastic Monday Happy hour deal.
Our server Gabriel was the best and served us with a professional and laid back attitude. Tended to our every need. The pizza of course will always has us coming back!
