Alps Village - Palm Desert - Photo album

As a surrogate German, I approve. The menu is a bit more Eastern European rather than true Deutsche but it’s awesome. I went with your basic schnitzel with spaetzle which I think they make in house. They could do better with the red sauerkraut recipe. All exactly what you would expect in the foothil
A very nice Bavarian restaurant with an excellent snitzel selection. The service is friendly and they have a nice list of harder to find German beers on tap. It is a tad pricy and you are looking about 35- 50 dollars per person.
I ordered Alps Kaspaten for delivery, and all I can say is WOW! I've never had this dish before, so I don't have a basis of comparison. But it's like a unique twist on the best Mac and Cheese I've ever had. It was amazing! So flavorful and yummy! It's very rich, so I have plenty for left ov
Food was solid. As others have said, it's not solely German - there's an array of Eastern European dishes on the menu, along with the schnitzel and spaetzle. My only wish is that the outdoor benches were a little more comfortable. They're kinda small and snug for an adult sized person. Gets kinda c
What an amazing spot. Not fancy but great atmosphere. The service was so awesome...any weird requests we made were greeted with a smile and a "happy to do it". The cucumber salad was so flavorful and fresh tasting. The beet salad was huge and so yummy, generous amounts of feta and beets and walnuts.
This place is a gem. From the frosty pints to the home made sauerkraut, it brought back memories of visiting a German brewhaus. This is a family owned and operated business with Mama Milka in the kitchen. We had very attentive service, although it was quite busy. Get here early as people pile in!
One of my favorite places to go when I'm in town. Steins of beer and schnitzel for dinner. Love the Octoberfest pretzels when they have them. Great service as well! Best brunch we have had in a long time. We love this place for its excellent German food so when they started brunch we knew we would
My wife and I ordered the sourdough pretzel, sausage platter and the jägerschnitzel. All were very delicious and the staff was very friendly. Beer was as expected, and solid. Thanks for the authentic food and great experience!
It did not let me down! The ambiance is wonderful. It resembles a rustic Western mixed with the Alps. The cuisine was excellent! I really like the Jaeger Schnitzel that I had!
This family owned restaurant features Bavarian and Croatian food, cooked by Mama herself. They also make a good pizza! Cevepcici, a ground meat sausage on homemade bread with their signature ripped potatoes is my favorite. Family friendly, there is something for everyone.
