We planned a short notice kids BDAY party and everything was great. Great service and quality food. I recommend trying this place for a kids party. They get to tour the restaurant and make their own pizzas. Nice little extras thrown in too like party favors, crafts and dessert. You do have to have your party prior to the restaurant opening but you get the whole place to yourself! Our party was from 9:30am-11am. Chef Adriana was great with the kids.
Loved it was actually the best pizza I've had in a long time cauliflower crust was wonderful. The service was pretty good and the manager or the guy bringing us the first time salad and chili's was very cool. I should have gotten his name but if he reads it he will know who he is thank you!

This was my first time to this location and was very pleasantly surprised! The parking was easy. The store is very nice and well laid out. Our food was excellent and the service by Felipe was extraordinary!

Chicken bite is so-so. Others are excellent! Overall is good except they did not give us plates until they served the last 2 dishes.
This place is hit and miss on the pace of service but the food is consistent with flavor and taste. They have a fairly good variety of both food and drinks. They offer both bar seating with TVs and dinning room which also has 1-2 TVs as well. The bathrooms consistently seem like they need to be cleaned and are quite small. It's a nice location on El Paseo and walkable to many stores.

Great restaurant with great staff. We tried several of appetizers and entrees and we were not disappointed. California Club pizza was delicious.
Restaurant is busy and you have a nice view over the restaurant and through the huge windows.
You know the pizza is going to be good at CPK, so order the pizza. They were short staffed, so that is why the 3. Our server was Izzy and he was great, just he had too much to do so it did take some time for somethings.
I typically do not like chain restaurants but my sister had points with CPK so we went. I got the dumplings appetizer which is super yummy. All the other food and pizza is your average chain menu status. The service however was amazing!!! I wish I remember our servers name to give her love. It makes such a huge difference when you have an awesome server. I happily left her a huge tip and my husband and I even talked about how great the service was walking to the car. Been a while since we experienced that.
I'm a big fan of this chain. From food to service this restaurant delivers every time. This location is nice (aside from the people who sat next to us and thought they had the restaurant all to themselves), clean with good atmosphere. Typically CPKs are very bright, but this location had the lights turned down nicely for late dinner. Again, the service was great, the server was very engaging and helpful and open to offer recommendations (which I always like to ask for). The food was as good as always, the chicken guac rolls are great!!! and pizza is always done perfectly. I'm always amazed by the pizza guys who run the pizza station, these guys make this "Their Job", and i'm glad they are out in front of the public. Really good experience and good food, drinks, service and value.

The Location is good in El Paseo Palm Desert CA. The food was delish, the server was so so, inside the restaurant for me it looks untidy, the table we set on the chair is not wipe dirty lots of crumps. The good thing food is good comfort. We had an excellent choice of food. But the service wasn’t satisfied. But its ok anyway thank you for your service to everyone still grateful for their help. Hopefully they will improve their service and make clean the chair as well thank you.
Delicious food, Cesar is very attentive, and super nice atmosphere. Plus, it’s all at an affordable price.

Great menus both the adult and child. And who doesn't like pizza? Location in a very nice area. Busy restaurant but excellent service.
The food was excellent; I ordered the Spicy Chipotle Chicken pizza and my date had the limited time Korean BBQ pizza. Apps were the Avocado Club Egg Rolls and the Wedge Salad. I recommend requesting extra tomatoes for the salad.
My friend and I stopped into CPK for their new Happy Hour promotion. In particular we wanted to try the pizza and a beer for $6. Turns out someone was late coming to work and our waiter was waiting on his section in dining room plus those of us seated in the bar.
Once we were finally able to order, the waiter disappeared back into his dining room section until our food was delivered by someone else. There were 2 small pizzas delivered to our table and were identical, not 2 different pizzas as ordered. No one came back si I took the wrong pizza out and found the waiter who took the order. Took 15 minutes to get the order corrected, so one hot pizza and one cold from waiting.
Maybe the staff arriving late was the reason things were so messed up. I would try them again but yesterday's visit was a train wreck.
