Breakfast Most important meal. Visited Palm Springs and Boy was it hot.This paticular Ihop gets a A+++,Food was Good I'm not a big pancake person but i had to try.Restaurant Was Clean Good Service.and if gets to hot just sit outside Next to the Mister's"they'll keep you cool".

Great service and the food was delicious. Everything was prepared well except for the pancakes. Something happened to the pancakes, but I didn't care because I was sooo hungry... π.

Presentation was a 9. All the food was properly cooked and tasted great, however I received my pancakes on a plate that was to small causing my syrup to spill all over the table.
cleanliness was a 10. The restaurant was clean and we'll kept up. Our table was pre-cleaned and ready for presentation. The bathrooms were just as clean too.
overall review: A great place to come alone or with your family. The food is great and service is simple and adaquate. I will return, any time of the day or night.

I must say this location is placed in a great spot. They operate the restaurant efficiently and were very good at the seating time. Our server was so nice and always on top of our needs!
Take out only is available currently at this location. The food was actually really good. More impressively is the takeout containers. IHOP has the most ingenious multi-level takeout containers. They're very cool and the food inside was hot and delicious. I'm actually going to eat here again with takeout only because they did such a good job.
Came here for breakfast on 11/17/16. Atmosphere was wonderful and relaxed. Hostess was a little off her game though as she told us to wait and then had another staff member tell us to follow her. But our waiter Devon was amazing! He was so friendly and professional and served us with a calm confidence. Will definitely be returning because of him!
The food was delicious here. The portions are good sized, and fit the price well. Service was wonderful, very attentive waiter, kept are water and sodas full, never had to ask for a refill.
Alexis is an awesome young man and server. This young man epitomizes what customer service is missing today. I wish we could clone this young man so there could be more people/servers like him. After a 12 hour shift, he was friendly, professional, and very good at what he does. Food was excellent and delicious! Always ask for Alexis...you won't be disappointed.

I had Sr. FRENCH toast plate and my friend had the fish and fries.

Even with few staff members, they were fast and good was great. The old lady might come off rude but she is just old and that's how old people are, just consider her your Granny Abuela.

I ordered two classic burger lunch specials (cheese burger, fries and a drink). The totall bill was only $15! The burgers were great tasting and the fries were super hot. The staff was friendly and attentive. It was a great experience and way better and cheaper than going to McNasty! :)
