We love this restaurant and the staff! Paco is an incredible chef. Solanos is our go to for date nights, casual nights, and special occasions with family and friends. If we are headed to Acrisure for a show or a game- we eat at Solanos. The food is consistently delicious and the service is superb. Excellent selection of wines and the bar serves amazing cocktails. We enjoy the delicious specials- if he is serving sea bass- just order it —your welcome. Steaks are cooked to perfection, and the sea food is amazing…All plated beautifully. I love the scallops and shrimp and the blackened salmon. They are cooked perfectly every time. Butternut squash ravioli-delish! Love their salads: spinach and beets with goat cheese and the white bean arugula are my favorites. Paco will modify any dish for your needs as well.
Service was great. Variety of food and wine options fit our pallet. Portions may be bit small, but enough to fill the belly. Price was $95 + $20 tip for 2 to have a great meal.
Went here before the hockey game and it was wonderful service and delicious food. Also, GREAT cocktails and happy hour deals. Brussel sprouts were amazing and so was the squash goat cheese tortellini. My only critic is that I wish my dish came with a larger portion. I felt like my portion was smaller than other dishes. Either way, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone in the desert.
Food is consistently good. Chef Paco will adjust anything on the menu and has been known to make you a surprise dish if he knows what your favorite menu items are.
The bar is small but intimate with a "Cheers" atmosphere

Absolutely LOVE this restaurant. We make it a point to eat here everytime we visit and every meal we can!! The servers are very nice and the food is Absolutely the best. We have never had a bad thing on the menu. The blackened shrimp with parmesan risotto is outstanding. Also, the New York strip was delicious. It is a must visit.
Service was outstanding . This place is sufficiently staffed with great people. I had the pesto pasta and it was delicious. The husband had a pizza and it was perfect. We will definitely come back.
Apples bees was the place to be after the concert last night and it was amazing how the staff and most importantly the store manager handled the huge crowd. It has been many years since i can say we were treated with such positive attitude. Thank you
We had Chicken Marsala, salad and wine. The salad was a bit bitter but or waiter said it was because of the anchovies they use. Ok, maybe it's me, otherwise everything was great.
This is a great find on a quick weekend getaway. The halibut with pumpkin risotto is amazing. Nice wine selection and great service!

Went there for a quick dinner before our concert, and let me tell you the food was AMAZING! Quick and easy service and our waiter made sure we had everything we needed.

Hawaiian pizza was delicious. Pineapples were sweet and the pizza was very flavorful. So flavorful that my wife, who doesn’t like pineapples on pizza, had two slices and thought this was the best restaurant we visited in Palm Desert. Service was great too. Highly recommend
