This McDonald's in Palm Desert 111 has the most amazing food service I've seen in awhile. The food is served fast and hot. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Shout out to Saydal ( hope I spelled your name right) thanks for your service and to your awesome McDonald's crew keep up the good work.đđ
It has an old school playground for the kids with the new tablets and games as well. The playground is indoors so it's really nice for the summers. Bathrooms are clean, food was good, ice cream machine working and service was not great but i don't blame them. The only complain is that i wish McDonalds treat and pay their employees better. There's also screens to order
Friendly and helpful people. I enjoyed my meal there.

It had been ages since I went to McDonalds. Prices, like most things were higher. I had their delicious sundaes, chocolate or caramel. I did miss the nuts they used to have though. Now I want to try the French Fries and burgers next time.
Clean and employees are quick and helpful. Has playplace which is nice.
Pretty good food, but service is beyond horrible. They make no attempt to hide the fact that they wish you weren't there and don't want to help you.
Staff was friendly, place was clean, and the kid had a blast on the slides.
Those were the two best Royale with Cheese I've ever had, the freshness and taste were unsurpassed!!! And so so fresh not to mention the first time EVER that the sandwich looked like the one in the picture on the menu board, but wait there's more!!!! They BOTH looked that good, I thought I was in The Twilight Zone!

We drove two towns over just to eat here because we can dine inside (if dining in is not an option due to Covid) than we, at least have the option to dine on the patio. Which is very pleasant.
Staff is always welcoming, courteous. They go over and beyond to assist and keep it well maintained.
Although there are at least five other locations closer to us, pines to palms is our current go to location and it's worth the drive.
Hardly will ever review a McDonaldâs but wow! Place was clean! Great parking! Great staff! Fast and friendly, no BS employees there just to collect a paycheck. Honorable staff and the food was the Best!!
Honestly I enjoy everytime we come to this McDonald's because of the playground not alot of McDonald's have playgrounds any more it's Clean and friendly.
