Ramen is a bit of pricey, but it tasted good, soup was very flavorful and creamy! Service was great. Professional servers. Drink order arrived quickly and refilled. I would recommend this place!

The tastiest ramen restaurant in Palm Desert hands down, Ramen Musashi always delivers on a delightfully savory bowl of noodles! With several different styles and accompaniments to try, the menu is not incredibly stacked but it has enough options to keep you coming back to try something uniquely different. Personally, I think their tonkotsu ramen is top notch -- the broth is so rich and filled with umami! -- and you can even try it with miso or mayu (blackened garlic oil) which adds another flavor bomb on top of an already flavorful broth base. Their appetizers and sushi are also very good and stand up to other sushi places in the valley. They definitely have the most authentic Japanese style croquettes and it's one of the only places I know in the desert where you can get delicious Japanese pickles. The steamed buns are also to die for, with savory chashu served up on a light bao bun! The staff are always incredibly friendly and the food comes to your table in little to no time at all. The fact that a little "singing" robot will come deliver your feast to you is just a plus. ;) If you're craving rich Japanese cuisine, Ramen Musashi is definitely the place to be! The menu was limited but the portions were pretty good size. The atmosphere was comfortable, and a robot brings out your ramen.

Great to have a place that focus on Ramen in the Valley the owner check up on us while we were having our meal and we found out he learn how to make his Ramen in Japan. It's a small space it's perfect for lunch or dinner and when you get your food they have a robot carry it out for you which I've never seen in the desert.

Traditional ramen soups, a little more basic than the fashionable ramen places. It's all about the noodles and they have very good hand made noodles. We had the veggie ramen and yuzu ramen. It's a lot of food, no side dishes needed. The staff is very attentive and proud of their restaurant. My 92 year old mother loved it.

This is a quiet spot and the food is great…. It is served quickly and tastes good. They even have a robot to serve your food at the table… not sure if it’s needed but it’s fun to watch in any case… is this the future of meal delivery in a restaurant?

A coworker recommended this ramen spot. The workers was very knowledgeable about the menu when I asked the differences between the ramen choices. I ended up deciding on the Musashi Tonkotsu, Mayu style, since I like black garlic oil in my ramen. I ordered to-go since it was getting to the time when they close in the afternoon (3PM-4:30PM). Flavor-wise, it had all the notes that I wanted, but I was kind of disappointed with the portions. I just think that I’ve been to other ramen places in which I’ve paid $14+ for ramen, and there was a lot more in terms of meat, noodles, and veggies. I hope to try it out one more time and dine-in so I could have the whole experience.

My go-to for ramen now they brought in their sushi 🍣 get a combo plate. Had to stop in today to get some much needed delicious food. One of my favorite places to go and I always feel very welcome here. I really appreciate the quality of the dishes they have here I will continue to keep coming back for more. The pork belly sliders are my favorite definitely my recommendation.

Had the Sagamihara shouyu ramen. My wife had the original tonkotsu ramen. Overall, they were good. Staffs were friendly and warming. My score is actually 4.5, not 4. Their ramen soup was good but it should be great if their noodle can be a little improved. They are a little too thin. Anyways, it is one of the best ramen restaurants in CA.
