never had an issue, chipotle has always been a guilty pleasure for me. in-store pick up options only make it easier for me to devour my favorite chipotle foods!
Food was good but the staff just ignored me for the longest time. I mean, all they have to do is acknowledge me and i'll probably be cool for 30 min (not really) but ya know, thats all it takes is for them to say...ill be right with you! Seems to be the youngsters that dont really get this customer service thing. Its a doggone shame cuz it really goes a long way and makes a much more meaningful dining experience just by their etiquette being on point!
Sometimes they don’t add enough meat to the dishes,
And sometimes the dining area its really messy
Other than that, food tastes always fresh and good.
Some of the best service I’ve ever had at a chipotle restaurant, Michael, who made our food was super nice took his time to prepare our food and did not rush it like all other restaurants! He made sure we got exactly what we wanted on our bowl. I’ve been to a lot of chipotles, and I wish they had more employees like Michael! Thank you!
Brand new place, same consistently great food. Smaller than most of the other Chipotles I've been to, but isn't typically busy. Great location for grabbing a bite after doing some shopping.
Every time I come here it is a quick and wonderful experience. The staff is always very nice, attentive, and does a fantastic job of preparing and serving the food. Diego helped me today and was amazing! He was even courteous enough to give me a his own discount on my meal. I couldn’t believe it! What a stand up guy and I really appreciated it. I will now be making this location my regular go to.
Quick, fresh, and easy to order. Love the black beans and the carnitas in the bowls.

Thousand Palms must be a magical place to live because the people are friendly and happy everywhere I go. This Chipotle is no exception, the employee's are great as well as the food.
The quality is always there, and the staff workez fast and is always very pleasant. Very clean in a great location
I'm not a fan of the bar stool chairs or the metal ones by the window. The man who helped us was very friendly and helpful. Ask for the fajita veggies.
Great service, kudos to the preparer. Plenty of chips, salsa container was full & chicken burrito bowl was full also.
